摘 要
中國加入WTO以來,面對(duì)國外保險(xiǎn)公司的不斷沖擊,中國保險(xiǎn)行業(yè)面對(duì)前所未有的挑戰(zhàn),在不斷競(jìng)爭的過程中問題多多,其中以人力資源規(guī)劃方面的問題最為嚴(yán)重。本文主要從中國保險(xiǎn)業(yè)的企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略和人力資源規(guī)劃的角度入手,介紹我國保險(xiǎn)業(yè)在人力資源規(guī)劃方面存在的問題,以中國人保壽險(xiǎn)為例提出具體的解決方案并闡述我國現(xiàn)在保險(xiǎn)業(yè)的企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略和人力資源規(guī)劃的發(fā)展方向。
