本課題是針對(duì)雅康精密機(jī)械公司生產(chǎn)的制片機(jī)進(jìn)行極片放卷裝置設(shè)計(jì),由于是對(duì)雅康公司實(shí)際產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì),具有較強(qiáng)的實(shí)踐性,需實(shí)習(xí)調(diào)研過程。極片放卷裝置是制片機(jī)上的關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件之一。它的好壞直接影響極片卷材的的貼膠質(zhì)量,其中包括容易造成的卷材邊部翹邊、塔形、振紋、錯(cuò)層等質(zhì)量缺陷。該放卷裝置核心部件主要由拉桿、脹緊套、空心軸、由脹緊塊與錐頂組成的斜楔機(jī)構(gòu)、蝸輪蝸桿組成的減速機(jī)構(gòu)以及氣缸組成的驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)構(gòu)成,主要完成脹緊卷管以及通過旋轉(zhuǎn)完成傳遞線速度的作用。它的工作原理為:拉桿從氣缸傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)中獲得軸向推動(dòng)力,通過與錐頂?shù)穆菁y連接把推力傳遞給脹緊塊。此時(shí),脹緊塊與錐頂組成的斜楔機(jī)構(gòu)通過傾斜的滑塊摩擦斜面將拉桿的軸向推力轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)槊浘o塊的徑向推力推動(dòng)脹緊塊徑向脹開,從而達(dá)到脹緊卷管的目的。同時(shí),由于制片機(jī)是走帶進(jìn)行工作,如此,精確的線速度非常重要。但是在極片厚度放卷減少而電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速不變的情況下,線速度將會(huì)越來越慢,這樣將產(chǎn)生張力,將嚴(yán)重影響制片機(jī)下個(gè)走帶的極片貼膠。而且,放卷裝置在開機(jī)、關(guān)機(jī)、增速、減速過程中,產(chǎn)生的張力損害非常大,針對(duì)這種情況,我專門設(shè)計(jì)了極片走帶線速度的PLC控制,做到線速度的實(shí)時(shí)動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)控與調(diào)整。解決了由于產(chǎn)生張力導(dǎo)致極片放卷制片不高的問題。

It is good or bad directly affect the quality of pole piece rolling material of stick glue, including easy to cause the coil side become warped edge, tower, vibration grain defects, wrong layer, etc.
Rolling device which core part is mainly composed of bar, bulging tight cover, hollow shaft, consisting of the swelling and cone roof wedge mechanism, worm gear and worm drive mechanism of retarding mechanism and cylinder, mainly done the swelling volume tube, and passed through the rotating linear velocity. Its working principle is: the pull rod from cylinder actuator axial thrust, thrust through with threaded connection on the top of the cone to the swelling. At this point, the swelling and cone top of inclined wedge institutions through the inclined sliding block friction slope will pull rod axial thrust into assortments of tight piece of radial thrust push tight piece of radial bulge, so as to achieve the aim of the swelling volume tube. At the same time, due to the production machine is go to work, so, the accurate linear velocity is very important. But in plate thickness to reduce the motor speed is constant, linear speed will be slower and slower, this will create tension, will seriously affect the production machine next pole piece stick adhesive tape. Rolling device and, in the process of start-up, shutdown, growth, slow down, the tension damage is very big, in this case, the special design of the linear velocity of the PLC control, linear velocity of the real-time dynamic monitoring and adjustment. Solved due to generate tension rolling production sheet was not high.
