摘 要

箱體是對(duì)零部件起到容納，支撐的作用，使他們保持一定的相對(duì)位子，以得到正常的運(yùn)動(dòng)關(guān)系和足夠的精度，他同時(shí)還為其內(nèi)部的零件起到了較好的潤(rùn)滑條件，同時(shí)，他還有安全保護(hù)和密封的作用有一定的隔震的作用，起到保護(hù)內(nèi)部零件不受到外部侵害的功用。所以在日常的生活工作中運(yùn)用得非常廣泛，也起到非常重要的的作用。本次設(shè)計(jì)能讓我們熟練運(yùn)用機(jī)械制造工藝學(xué)課程中的基本理論以及在生產(chǎn)實(shí)習(xí)中學(xué)到的實(shí)踐知識(shí)，正確地解決一個(gè)零件在加工中的定位，夾緊以及工藝路線安排，工藝尺寸確定等問(wèn)題，保證零件的加工質(zhì)量。另一方面畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)是教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)中一個(gè)必不可少的實(shí)踐性很強(qiáng)的重要環(huán)節(jié)。目的在于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生初步樹(shù)立正確的對(duì)機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)能力。按零部件圖及條件和要求，完成零部件的加工工藝規(guī)程設(shè)計(jì)，使制造方向的學(xué)生能融會(huì)貫通掌握所學(xué)習(xí)的專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)，提高學(xué)生的動(dòng)手能力，達(dá)到活學(xué)活用。
