本次設(shè)計(jì)是以泵體為題進(jìn)行的,從泵體的工藝分析、工藝裝備的設(shè)計(jì)到機(jī)床、夾具等的選擇。這次的目的和任務(wù)是使我們有關(guān)制造技術(shù)方面的基本理論、基本知識和基本功技能,為以后的學(xué)習(xí)和工作打下必要的基礎(chǔ)。獲得這些理論、知識和技能,培養(yǎng)我們的分析能力、運(yùn)算能力和創(chuàng)新能力。根據(jù)各自的能力,通過勞動(dòng)和探索,讓我們在實(shí)踐中找到解決問題的方法,獲得克服困難的喜悅,在學(xué)習(xí)過程中“發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,提出解決問題的思路,闡述解決問題的方案,寫出解決問題的方案,按照方案解決問題”以后,提高我們分析問題、解決問題的能力以及口頭表達(dá)能力和自學(xué)能力,并且各方面的素質(zhì)都得到了提高,如觀察能力、表達(dá)能力、創(chuàng)造能力、協(xié)調(diào)能力、決策能力、分析能力等。我們也要理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際,自身能力在實(shí)戰(zhàn)中才能得到提高。而正是這種知識和技術(shù)的進(jìn)步,推動(dòng)了經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,提高了綜合國力的競爭力。
