[摘要]國(guó)內(nèi)使用的顎式破碎機(jī)類型很多,但常見(jiàn)的還是傳統(tǒng)的復(fù)擺顎式破碎機(jī)。復(fù)擺顎式破碎機(jī)的出現(xiàn)已有140多年的歷史,經(jīng)過(guò)人們長(zhǎng)期的實(shí)踐和不斷完善與改進(jìn),其結(jié)構(gòu)型式和機(jī)構(gòu)參數(shù)日臻合理, 結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、制造容易、工作可靠、維修方便，故在冶金、礦山、建材、化工、煤炭等行業(yè)使用非常廣泛。隨著現(xiàn)代化的發(fā)展，各工業(yè)部門對(duì)破碎石的需求進(jìn)一步增長(zhǎng)，研究復(fù)擺鄂式破碎機(jī)具有很重要的意義。本畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)主要是為滿足生產(chǎn)需求：進(jìn)料口尺寸： ；出料口尺寸： ；進(jìn)料塊最大尺寸： ；產(chǎn)量： 。而研究的。主要研究復(fù)擺顎式破碎機(jī)的運(yùn)動(dòng)分析、V帶的選擇，鄂板、齒板磨損的分析，各種工作參數(shù)的選擇，工作機(jī)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化。重點(diǎn)研究傳動(dòng)的設(shè)計(jì)和系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化。
