摘 要

本文以手機外殼為例，介紹產(chǎn)品從調(diào)研，市場分析到最后設(shè)計模具的整個注塑模具設(shè)計的流程；首先，從試產(chǎn)調(diào)研和市場分析入手，通過對比，設(shè)計好自己的具有可行性的新產(chǎn)品方案；再用Pro/Engineer對產(chǎn)品建模；然后對產(chǎn)品進行MSC有限元分析，確定產(chǎn)品滿足受力要求后，再設(shè)計模具，并通過Pro/Engineer外掛的塑料顧問模塊來分析，確定最佳澆注口，分析模流情況，以達到最佳的充模效果。通過Pro/Engineer外帶的EMX模塊，進行模具的模架設(shè)計。最后把關(guān)鍵零部件的二維圖還有模具的裝配圖以圖紙的形式展現(xiàn)出來。根據(jù)企業(yè)調(diào)研，在企業(yè)的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計過程中，傳統(tǒng)的圖板繪圖設(shè)計和傳統(tǒng)的人工設(shè)計已被淘汰。取代而之的是使用 Pro/E或UGS 進行產(chǎn)品的全過程的設(shè)計。，選用Pro/E 這個軟件進行本課題的全過程設(shè)計，其中包括三維建模、模具芯腔設(shè)計、EMX模具模架設(shè)計，以及Pro/E 的工程圖功能。

Abstract
