“房地產(chǎn)泡沫”研究

【摘要】
隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展，房地產(chǎn)業(yè)成為國民經(jīng)濟(jì)中的一個(gè)支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)。與此同時(shí)，隨著上海房地產(chǎn)業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展，人們?cè)絹碓疥P(guān)注上海房地產(chǎn)的發(fā)展，而最近“上海房地產(chǎn)是否存在泡沫”成為人們討論的熱點(diǎn)。本文通過對(duì)“房地產(chǎn)泡沫”的辨證認(rèn)識(shí)，對(duì)當(dāng)前普遍存在的對(duì)這個(gè)問題的觀點(diǎn)的分析以及本人對(duì)這個(gè)問題的分析，試圖對(duì)“上海房地產(chǎn)是否存在泡沫”這個(gè)問題作一個(gè)全面客觀的認(rèn)識(shí)。本文最后總結(jié)了全文的觀點(diǎn)，并針對(duì)當(dāng)前上海房地產(chǎn)存在的問題提出建議。

【ABSTRACT】
With the development of China, the real estate has become one of the most important industries in China. With the development of the real estate in Shanghai, people have become more and more concerned about the real estate in Shanghai. Recently, weather there is bubble appearing in the real estate in Shanghai has become an issue, which people are interested in. Through making a dialectical knowledge of Real Estate Bubble, analyzing the views on this issue and seeing to this issue from my eyes, this chapter tries to find the answer to weather there is bubble appearing in the real estate in Shanghai. Finally, this article summarizes the problems existing in the real estate in Shanghai and gives some suggestion.
