Abstract: The articles aims at discovering the unique characteristics of the rhetorical functions of Law English, one novel field in ESP, and meanwhile, compare it with those in EST. In the end, a few suggestions are made so as to promote a wide application of Law English.

摘要：本文旨在揭示專門用途英語(ESP)之一------- 法律英語的特殊的語言修辭表達`藝術(shù)特征，同時將它與科技英語的修辭表達藝術(shù)相比較以闡明它們的區(qū)別。文末提出了能夠促進法律英語廣泛應用的幾條建議。
