摘 要
"就地"生物治理技術(shù)就是采用微生物技術(shù)和環(huán)境工程手段在受污染地帶"就地"處理土壤(也包括地下水和海洋)中的有毒有害有機(jī)污染物。本文介紹了這種新興環(huán)境生物技術(shù)的研究概況,綜述了固有生物凈化過程的強(qiáng)化措施, "就地"生物治理的工程化手段和評價"就地"生物治理技術(shù)可行性的程序, 列舉了幾個"就地"生物治理技術(shù)實際應(yīng)用的例子。

Abstract
The bioremediation technology is a innovative method, which utilizes microbial technologies and environmental engineering measures and is used in situ to treat the toxic and hazardous organic pollutants in soil, groundwater and oceans. This paper introduced the outline about this new technology study and reviewed the ways to enhance natural biodegradation processes , the engineering methods to apply bioremediation technology and the procedure to evaluate the feasibility of bioremediation technology. Several case studies of bioremediation were also listed at the mean time.
