不同濃度6-BA對(duì)菊花出芽的影響

摘要：為了探討菊花組培快繁技術(shù)中不同濃度的6-芐氨基腺嘌呤（6-BA）對(duì)芽誘導(dǎo)的影響。以菊花嫩莖段為材料, 在MS培養(yǎng)基中分別添加0.0 (對(duì)照)、1.0、2.0、3.0、4.0 mg/L的6-BA,觀察菊花的出芽誘導(dǎo)的情況。結(jié)果表明最佳出芽誘導(dǎo)培養(yǎng)基為MS+6-BA 4.0mg/L + NAA0.2mg/ L。另外Vc對(duì)防止外植體褐變有明顯作用。

Effects of 6-BA with Different Concentrations on the budding of Chrysanthemum
Abstract: In order to discuss the chrysanthemum group to cultivate in the quick numerous technology the different density 6- animal pen amino adenine (6-BA) pair of bud induction influence. Take the chrysanthemum tender stem section as the material, increases 0.0 separately in the MS culture medium(comparison),1.0,2.0,3.0,4.0mg/L 6-BA,the observation chrysanthemum's bud induction situation. The result indicated the best bud induction culture medium is MS + 6-BA 4.0mg/L + NAA0.2mg/L .Moreover Vc to outside prevented plants the body turning brown to have the obvious function.
