Abstract

摘 要
分析了壓縮空氣從壓縮到輸送過(guò)程的能量消耗損失，得出壓縮過(guò)程損失約占總耗能的 44%，卸載損失約9%降壓使用損失約占3%此外，泄露損失無(wú)熱再生干燥損失管路輸送損失以及環(huán)境溫降損失都有不同程度的比例針對(duì)以上各類損失，本文從設(shè)備選型系統(tǒng)管路設(shè)計(jì)與安裝以及優(yōu)化運(yùn)行3個(gè)方面提出了一系列節(jié)約能源降低消耗的措施及改進(jìn)方法，對(duì)提高能源利用效率降低消耗有一定參考意義。
