胃復(fù)春片中柚皮苷和新橙皮苷的含量測定

摘要：目的 建立胃復(fù)春片中柚皮苷和新橙皮苷的含量測定方法。方法 高效液相色譜法，Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18柱（250mm×4.6mm,5μm），流動(dòng)是乙腈-水（20:80），檢測波長是283nm，流速1.0ml∕min,柱溫40℃。結(jié)果 柚皮苷和新橙皮苷分別在0.03～0.71、0.02～0.42μg 范圍內(nèi)峰面積與進(jìn)樣量呈現(xiàn)出良好的線性關(guān)系，R分別為0.9999和0.9995。柚皮苷的加樣回收率在97.1%-99.2%的范圍內(nèi)，平均加樣回收率柚皮苷為97.91% ，RSD 為0.8%（n=9）；新橙皮苷的加樣回收率在94.3%-97.4%的范圍內(nèi)，平均加樣回收率新橙皮苷為96.17%,RSD 為1.2%(n=9),表明本方法回收率良好。結(jié)論 本實(shí)驗(yàn)方法迅速、靈敏、精準(zhǔn)度高、操作難度合適，可以適用于胃復(fù)春片中柚皮苷和新橙皮苷的含量測定。

Abstract: Objective To explore a method for simultaneously determining naringin and neohesperidin in Weifuchun piece by HPLC . Methods HPLC ,AgilentEclipseXDB-C18column (250mm × 4.6mm, 5μm), The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile-water(20:80), The detection wavelength was 283nm, The flow rate was 1.0ml/min, The column temperature was 40 ° C.Results naringin and, neohesperidin respectively, in the range of 0.03 ~0.71,0.02 ~ 0.42μg peak area showed a good linear relationship,the R were 0.9999and0.9995. The naringin recovery in the range of 97.1% -99.2%. The average recoveries rate naringin was 97.91.%, RSD 0.8% (n = 9)；Neohesperidin recoveries in the range of 94.3% -97.4%, the average recovery rate neohesperidin was 96.17%, RSD 1.2% (n = 9)Conclusion the method could be rapid, sensitive, high accuracy, the difficulty of the operation was appropriate in in Weifuchun Tablets naringin and hesperidin Determination。
