摘    要

　　　財務(wù)風險是指企業(yè)在各項財務(wù)活動中由于各種難以預(yù)料和無法控制的因素，使企業(yè)在一定時期、一定范圍內(nèi)所獲取的最終財務(wù)成果與預(yù)期的經(jīng)營目標、發(fā)生偏差，從而形成的使企業(yè)蒙受經(jīng)濟損失或更大收益的可能性。擴張中的財務(wù)風險是指企業(yè)在其成長過程中規(guī)模由小到大、競爭能力由弱到強、經(jīng)營管理制度和企業(yè)組織結(jié)構(gòu)由低級到高級的動態(tài)發(fā)展過程中引起的企業(yè)經(jīng)濟損失的可能性。一個企業(yè)發(fā)展過程中如果不能采取有效措施控制發(fā)展過程中的財務(wù)的風險，那么可能引發(fā)企業(yè)倒退，嚴重者導致企業(yè)破產(chǎn)。如何識別、控制財務(wù)風險成為企業(yè)健康發(fā)展的重要措施。風險控制是指風險管理者采取各種措施和方法，消滅或減少風險事件發(fā)生的各種可能性，或者減少風險事件發(fā)生時造成的損失。

Abstract

    Financial risk is refers to the enterprise in the financial activities of all there's no telling and uncontrollable factors, so that enterprises in a certain period, must be within the scope of access to the final financial results with the expected operating objectives, deviation, thus forming the enterprises suffer economic losses or the possibility of greater gains. Expansion in the financial risk is refers to the enterprise in the course of the growth of the scale from small to big, from weak to strong competition ability, management system and the organizational structure of enterprises by elementary to advanced development process of the enterprise economic losses. Development of a business process if no effective measures to control the development process of financial risk, then may cause the enterprise backwards, serious causes the bankruptcy of the enterprise. How to identify, control the financial risk has become the important measures for the healthy development of enterprises. Control risk refers to the risk managers to take various measures and methods to eliminate or reduce the risk event occurs, the various possibilities, or reducing the risk events caused by the loss.
