Luminescence characterization of cerium doped yttrium gadolinium aluminate phosphors

Yttrium gadolinium aluminate ((Y1àxGdx)3Al5O12:Ce) doped cerium phosphors with the different yttriumand gadolinium concentration were prepared by a wet-chemical route via the reagent simultaneous addi-tion technique (WCS-SimAdd). The phosphors were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanningelectron microscopy (SEM) and photoluminescence (PL), radioluminescence (RL) of cerium doped yttriumgadolinium aluminate phosphors. With increasing Gd dopant concentration, the PL intensity was shiftedto the red region. Preliminary RL measurements were performed to further eva luate these newly pre-pared materials. Intense RL was observed that is typical of Ce3+doped structure.

摘要：采用通過試劑同時加入技術(shù)（WCS-SimAdd）的濕式化學(xué)法來制備不同釔和釓的濃度的情況下的摻鈰釔釓鋁酸鹽熒光粉（（Y1-xGdx）3Al5O12:Ce）。并通過X射線衍射（XRD）、掃描電子顯微鏡（SEM）光致發(fā)光（PL）和輻射發(fā)光（RL）來測定鈰摻雜釔釓鋁酸鹽熒光粉的發(fā)光特性。隨著釓的摻雜濃度的升高，熒光粉的PL強度移到紅光區(qū)域。初步進(jìn)行的RL測定，是為了進(jìn)一步評估這些預(yù)先準(zhǔn)備好的新材料。RL結(jié)果的峰值顯示該說明是典型的Ce3 + 摻雜結(jié)構(gòu)。
