摘要

   氣舉是通過氣舉閥,從地面將高壓氣體注入停泵的井中,利用氣體的能量舉升井筒中液體,使井恢復(fù)生產(chǎn)能力。氣舉可分為連續(xù)氣舉和間歇?dú)馀e兩種方式。影響氣舉方式選擇的因素有:井的產(chǎn)率、井底壓力、產(chǎn)液指數(shù)、舉升高度及注氣壓力等。對(duì)那些井底壓力和產(chǎn)能高的井,通常采用連續(xù)氣舉生產(chǎn);對(duì)那些產(chǎn)能及井底壓力低的井,則采用間歇?dú)馀e或活塞氣舉。
   氣舉排水采氣技術(shù)是通過氣舉閥,從地面將高壓天然氣注入停噴的井中,利用氣體的 能量逐級(jí)舉升井筒中的液體,使井恢復(fù)生產(chǎn)能力。氣舉可分為連續(xù)氣舉和間歇?dú)馀e兩種方式。目前現(xiàn)場普遍采用連續(xù)氣舉的方式。2010年在建南構(gòu)造建34井開展連續(xù)氣舉排水采氣工藝試驗(yàn), 取得了比較顯著的成效。通過對(duì)現(xiàn)場試驗(yàn)情況進(jìn)行分析,總結(jié)了連續(xù)氣舉排水采氣工藝在建南氣田氣藏水侵治理中取得的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

ABSTRACT

  Gas lift gas lift valve from the ground, the high-pressure gas injection wells stop the pump, use of gas energy to lift the liquid in the wellbore, the well to restore production capacity. Continuous gas lift and intermittent gas lift gas lift can be divided into two ways. Factors affect gas lift options: the yield of the well bottom-hole pressure, fluid production index, lifting height and the gas injection pressure. Bottomhole pressure and high capacity wells, usually continuous gas lift production; intermittent gas lift or piston gas lift capacity and low bottomhole pressure wells.
  Gas lift drainage gas recovery by gas lift valve, from the ground to high-pressure gas injection stop injection wells, the gas energy gradually lift shaft in the liquid, the well production capacity. Gas lift can be divided into continuous gas lift and intermittent gas lift in two ways. The present continuous gas lift method commonly used in field. 2010 in Jiannan structure built 34 wells to carry out continuous gas lift drainage gas recovery technology test achieved remarkable results. Through the analysis of the field test, summed up the successful experience of continuous gas lift drainage gas recovery technology made in Jiannan Gas Field gas reservoir water influx in governance.
