摘要
在行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈，IT業(yè)迅速發(fā)展的今天，如何適應(yīng)多變的內(nèi)、外部環(huán)境，迎接新的挑戰(zhàn)，提高自身的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)必須解決的問(wèn)題。企業(yè)信息化必然引起企業(yè)工作流程的重組。將基于petri網(wǎng)的工作流管理技術(shù)運(yùn)用于康寧終身險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)流程設(shè)計(jì)具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
本文首先給出了petri網(wǎng)和工作流管理技術(shù)的基本概念、以及這些概念在一般流程設(shè)計(jì)中的應(yīng)用；其次，以康寧終身險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)流程為對(duì)象，分別用文字?jǐn)⑹?、一般流程圖以及Petri網(wǎng)這一新型的建模工具對(duì)該工作流程進(jìn)行描述、比較，總結(jié)出Petri網(wǎng)在描述工作流程中的優(yōu)勢(shì)和作用；最后，根據(jù)Petri網(wǎng)模型，對(duì)已有的流程（包括投保過(guò)程和索賠過(guò)程）進(jìn)行了重新設(shè)計(jì)，對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)流程重組前后的服務(wù)時(shí)間、資源使用情況和業(yè)務(wù)流程的復(fù)雜程度進(jìn)行了比較，并根據(jù)優(yōu)化后的流程，總結(jié)出業(yè)務(wù)流程重組為保險(xiǎn)公司帶來(lái)的收益。本文認(rèn)為，在流程優(yōu)化中，為了減少整個(gè)流程的任務(wù)數(shù)量，必須盡量減少并行路由，或者將并行的路由改為順序路由和在一定條件下才能執(zhí)行的選擇路由的結(jié)合體。

Abstract
As the competition become more and more severe and IT Industry has rapidly developed, enterprise has to consider circumspectly on how to adapt to the variable interior and exterior environment，how to face the challenge and how to elevate the capability of competition. Enterprise Informationize definitely will lead to Business Process Redesign. It is not only theoretic but also practical to apply the work flow technology of Petri net to the business process design of KangNing whole life insurance.

First, this paper describes the basic conception and the application in general process design of the technology in Petri net and work flow management. Then taking KangNing whole life insurance as an object, this paper describes and compares the process by character, graph and Petri net ----the new tool of modeling , summarizes the advantages and functions of Petri net in process description. Finally this paper redesigns the process (including underwriting process and counterclaim process), and compares the process before redesign with that after redesign, in terms of sevice time, satuation of resource application and complexity of process. Accordingly, This paper concludes the profits that BPR brings. The paper suggests that during the process optimization, in order to reduce the number of tasks, limiting the parataxis routes is effective, as well as replace that with the combined entity of sequence route and optional route that behaves in special conditions.
