海爾與聯(lián)想海外投資模式分析

摘 要

隨著中國(guó)對(duì)外開(kāi)放的深入和中國(guó)企業(yè)自身實(shí)力的不斷增強(qiáng)，越來(lái)越多的國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)開(kāi)始放眼全球、進(jìn)軍海外。現(xiàn)在中國(guó)對(duì)外投資的規(guī)模迅速擴(kuò)大，投資方式日趨多樣化。因而，分析中國(guó)企業(yè)海外投資的成功案例，總結(jié)出可借鑒的經(jīng)驗(yàn)具有現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)的意義。
本文選擇中國(guó)企業(yè)走向世界的佼佼者——海爾和聯(lián)想，前者在海爾是中國(guó)家電企業(yè)中唯一全部使用自有品牌開(kāi)拓國(guó)際市場(chǎng)的企業(yè)，后者則是以海外并購(gòu)著稱于世界。文章主要從兩個(gè)企業(yè)的發(fā)展歷程中分析二者的所面臨的海外投資環(huán)境，企業(yè)本身的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)，海外投資的產(chǎn)業(yè)選擇，以及其投資的方式選擇，進(jìn)而總結(jié)出海爾與聯(lián)想海外投資的特點(diǎn)及投資相應(yīng)投資模式的利弊。
通過(guò)層層推進(jìn)的分析，本文認(rèn)為海爾與聯(lián)想在海外投資模式的選擇上受多方面因素的影響。通過(guò)總結(jié)他們的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與問(wèn)題，得對(duì)出我國(guó)企業(yè)海外投資模式選擇的幾點(diǎn)啟示。

Abstract
With the further development of the reforms and open policy and the growing strength of Chinese enterprises,more and more domestic enterprise expand their horizons to the whole world.Nowadays,the the scale of china`s FDI expands rapidly and the investment mode is more diversified. So,it`s necessary to analysis the successful cases of chinese enterprise overseas investment and summarize the experience, then provide guidances to other enterprise.
This article choice two outstanding Chinese enterprises toward the world, Haier and Lenovo,Haier is the Chinese electrical appliances enterprise that use own brand enterprises to exploit the international market,the latter is famous for the overseas M&A in the world. The article mainly analysis the overseas interment environment ,the stratagic of enterprise,the choice of industry and investment method form Haier and Lenovo`s development process.Then sums up the characteristics of Haier and Lenovo overseas investment and the pros and cons of the investment model.
Through the analysis step by step, this paper thinks that there are many many factors affect on Haier and Lenovo in the overseas investment mode choice. By summarizing the experience and problems of them,draw some enlightenment on the selection of Chinese overseas investment enterprises.
