[摘 要]
本文首先從員工滿意度和流動(dòng)含義出發(fā),說明了員工流動(dòng)的各種類型.用一分為二的思路分析員工流動(dòng)對(duì)企業(yè)的影響,員工流動(dòng)對(duì)企業(yè)存在負(fù)效應(yīng)的同時(shí),也對(duì)企業(yè)有著積極的一面。而后從員工需求動(dòng)機(jī)行為轉(zhuǎn)化模型和馬斯洛的層次需求理論出發(fā),建立員工滿意度模型,討論了如何通過調(diào)查分析了解員工的滿意度。再通過對(duì)影響企業(yè)員工流動(dòng)的各個(gè)因素的分析,指出員工滿意度對(duì)員工流動(dòng)的決定作用,所以要避免組織人才流失就要提高員工滿意度。當(dāng)然,提高員工滿意度需要成本,因此企業(yè)要避免無效滿意度.最 后 闡 述員工流動(dòng)預(yù)普和員工流動(dòng)約束機(jī)制。

[Abstract]
This article embarks form the meaning of the staff mobile and Staff degree of satisfaction,then shows each kind of type staff mobile,analyzes all influences of staff mobile on the enterprise. The staff mobile of the enterprise has the negative effects,at the same time,has positive ones.After enbarking from the transformation model of staff demand,motive and behanior and level demand theory of MasLuo,establishes the satisfaction model of staff degree,and discusses how to undertstood staff degree of satisfaction through the diagnosis.Through analysing all kinds of factorts which cause the staff flowing,points out the staff degree of satisfsction is the decision function which causes the staff to flow.So if we want to avoid brain drain we shall have to enhance the staff degree of satisfaction.Certainly,toAvoid brain drain we shall have to enhance the staff degree of satisfaction.Certainly,to enhance the staff degreee of satisfaction needs the cost,therefore the organization must aviod the invalid degree of satisfaction.Finally elaborates the warning and restraint mechanism of staff flowing.
