摘 要
從1992年中國(guó)股市正式建立到2007年，政府對(duì)股市進(jìn)行了無數(shù)次的調(diào)控，本文對(duì)這些調(diào)控?cái)?shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行研究分析，研究中國(guó)股市的宏觀調(diào)控現(xiàn)狀，現(xiàn)存的問題等，并提出了改變政府對(duì)股市定位，做好“裁判員”；對(duì)宏觀調(diào)控工具創(chuàng)新，謹(jǐn)慎選擇調(diào)控工具；溫和調(diào)控，關(guān)注調(diào)控后續(xù)影響；完善體制，使市場(chǎng)化的宏觀調(diào)控政策敏感有效的建議。對(duì)中國(guó)股市的宏觀調(diào)控狀況的研究對(duì)于未來股市中政府的調(diào)控的規(guī)范性和效率的提高，以及股票市場(chǎng)的制度建設(shè)與健康發(fā)展具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。

study on Chinese Macroeconomic Control on Stock Market

Abstract Comparing to the developed stock market in foreign Chinese government has carried out amount of regulations to ensure sound development in the stock market since it was built in 1992. Based on the analysis of these control and regulation and the current situations of the whole stock market, some suggestions are concluded: first, adjusting government’s role in the market as a judge; second, innovating the regulatory tool and choosing the right ones; third, moderating control while concerning the follow-up influences; fourth, making market-driven policies more sensitive and effective by optimizing the market system. These will, to some extend, normalize governmental control on stock market and increase its efficiency, to build better system and sustain sound development in the stock market.
