內(nèi) 容 摘 要
全面質(zhì)量管理是質(zhì)量管理在當(dāng)代的新發(fā)展,后來成為國家工業(yè)繁榮的重點(diǎn)并且其具有實(shí)踐應(yīng)用性很強(qiáng)的特點(diǎn)。本次設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容主要是利用全面質(zhì)量管理對產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量進(jìn)行改進(jìn),以提高軸承產(chǎn)品的合格率,并取得了一定的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
通過前期的調(diào)查活動(dòng)發(fā)現(xiàn)本廠軸承生產(chǎn)不合格品的各項(xiàng)原因,并且分析出它最重要的原因。根據(jù)此情況,利用全面質(zhì)量管理的方法控制產(chǎn)品不合格率以提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。質(zhì)量控制主要是指對制造質(zhì)量的控制,它的任務(wù)是要把產(chǎn)品制造過程處于能生產(chǎn)合格產(chǎn)品的受控狀態(tài)。產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量是在生產(chǎn)制造過程中形成的,只有對制造過程質(zhì)量實(shí)行有效的控制之后,才能從根本上保證產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,也才能做到“事前控制,預(yù)防為主”的質(zhì)量管理要求。
首先通過對工廠產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量不合格品率進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)、分析,找到對本設(shè)計(jì)有用的資料,應(yīng)用全面質(zhì)量管理的常用方法,即采用排列圖對不合格品進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì),確定導(dǎo)致產(chǎn)品不合格的主要原因,應(yīng)用因果分析圖法找出影響質(zhì)量的主要因素,然后利用散布圖、直方圖、控制圖對主要影響因素進(jìn)行分析、評價(jià),確定改進(jìn)對策,找出最佳方案,然后進(jìn)行技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)評價(jià)。最后制定了改進(jìn)措施并且進(jìn)行實(shí)施,對措施實(shí)施后生產(chǎn)的軸承又進(jìn)行了抽樣分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)原來的問題已經(jīng)解決,在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行鞏固措施,制定規(guī)程以便作為加工過程控制質(zhì)量的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),實(shí)現(xiàn)全面質(zhì)量管理,從而提高了產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量。

The quantity management(TQC)is a point that quantity manage completely in the contemporary and new development, becoming afterwards the national industry prospers and its have the very strong characteristics in application in fulfillment. This design contents primarily is to make use of the quantity the management(TQC)to proceed the improvement to the product quantity completely, to increase the qualified rate of the bearings product, and obtained the certainly economic performance.
Inquisition activity that pass the my plant bearings that ex- period discovers various reasons producing unqualified article, and analyze it the most important reason. According to this circumstance, make use of the unqualified rate in product in control in method of the quantity management(TQC)to increase completely product quantity. Quantity control primarily is mission that control to point to the manufacturing quantity, it wants to be placed in the product manufacturing process can produce the qualified product suffers to control the appearance. The product quantity becomes in produce made process of, only have to the manufacturing process quantity control practicing effectively after, then can guarantee the product quantity by the root, also then can attain" the before the event controls, prevention is lord" of the quantity management(TQC)request.
Pass to proceed the covariance to the unqualified article in quantity in product in factory rate first, analysis, find out to design the useful data to this, apply the in common use method that quantity manage completely, then adoption arrange the diagram proceeds the covariance to the unqualified article, making sure to cause unqualified and main reason in product, apply cause and effect analysis the diagram method finds out the main factor that affect the quantity, then make use of the scatter diagram, keeping the square diagram, controling the diagram to the main influence the factor proceed the analysis, evaluation, certain improvement counterplan, find out the best project, then proceed the technique economic evaluation. 全面質(zhì)量管理是指,一個(gè)組織開展以質(zhì)量為中心,以本企業(yè)全體員工參與為基礎(chǔ)的一種管理方式。它的目標(biāo)是通過顧客滿意、該組織全體員工和社會(huì)收益,以達(dá)到長期成功。
定義中的“全員”,指的是組織結(jié)構(gòu)中所有部門和所有層次的成員。定義中“社會(huì)受益”,意味著滿足社會(huì)的要求,取得好的效益。也就是說,“全面質(zhì)量管理”是指經(jīng)營管理某一組織的一種方式,其目的是使全體成員持續(xù)的參加和協(xié)作,以求得以下的改進(jìn):(1)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和服務(wù)質(zhì)量;(2)活動(dòng)的質(zhì)量;(3)目標(biāo)的質(zhì)量。在符合社會(huì)需要的條件下,使用戶滿意,本組織長期盈利,成員也受益。它為了能夠在最經(jīng)濟(jì)的水平上并考慮到充分滿足顧客要求的條件下進(jìn)行市場研究、設(shè)計(jì)、制造和售后服務(wù),把企業(yè)內(nèi)各部門的研制質(zhì)量、維持質(zhì)量和提高質(zhì)量的活動(dòng)構(gòu)成為一體的一種有效的體系。
全面質(zhì)量管理的基本原理與其他概念的基本差別在于,它強(qiáng)調(diào)為了取得真正
的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,管理必須始于識別顧客的質(zhì)量要求,終于顧客對他手中的產(chǎn)品感到滿意。全面質(zhì)量管理就是為了實(shí)現(xiàn)這一目標(biāo)而指導(dǎo)人、機(jī)器、信息的協(xié)調(diào)活動(dòng)。
