【Abstract】The design is based on a safe and convenient considering the gas ignition control system. The system controlled by a MCU. Ignition can be done automatically process, and through complete stepper motor control valve. System with two keys used to adjust the valve opening, thus control the size of the flame. System can also embedded real-time detection of the flame detection circuit. When the flame extinguished, System will automatically close the valve to prevent gas leaks. When the valve closed for some time, and if the MCU are still working, the system can achieve re-ignition. The design has a simple structure, a low cost, and a strong safety and operability.
