摘要 隨著時(shí)代的發(fā)展,汽車的作用越來越大,已成了我們生活不可缺少 的工具。驅(qū)動(dòng)橋作為汽車四大譆@芍唬男閱艿暮沒抵苯佑跋煺� 性能,而對于載重汽車顯得尤為重要。汽車驅(qū)動(dòng)橋一般由主減速器、差 速器、傳動(dòng)裝置和驅(qū)動(dòng)橋殼組成,汽車的動(dòng)力性、燃油經(jīng)濟(jì)性、駕駛平 順性和操作穩(wěn)定性都和汽車驅(qū)動(dòng)橋的選擇有著非常重要的關(guān)系。
本文參照傳統(tǒng)驅(qū)動(dòng)橋的設(shè)計(jì)方法進(jìn)行了對9t貨車驅(qū)動(dòng)橋的設(shè)計(jì)。 首先我們確定了主要部件的結(jié)構(gòu)型式和主要設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù);然后參考類似驅(qū) 動(dòng)橋的結(jié)構(gòu),確定出總體布置形式和設(shè)計(jì)方案;最后依次對主,從動(dòng)錐 齒輪,支承軸承,差速器行星齒輪,半軸齒輪,全浮式半軸和整體式橋 殼進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,其中也包括了對錐齒輪彎曲和接觸強(qiáng)度的校核、軸 的強(qiáng)度校核以及軸承的壽命條件校核。
本方案設(shè)計(jì)簡單,操作方便,可靠性強(qiáng)。選用單級主減速器驅(qū)動(dòng)橋, 使得整個(gè)后橋的結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,制造工藝簡單,從而大大的降低了制造成本。 并且,螺旋錐齒輪的單級主減速器提高了后橋的傳動(dòng)效率,提高了傳動(dòng) 的可行性,從而能達(dá)到任務(wù)書的要求。

The design and calculation of 9 tons truck driving axle
Abstract With the development of the times,the effects of automobile is growing, it has become an indispensable tool in our life.Drive axle is the one of automobile four important assemblies.It performance directly influence on the entire automobile,especially for the heavy truck . Truck driving axle generally consists of the main reducer,differential, transmission and drive axle housing.The car's power,fuel economy,driving comfort and operation stability have a very important relationship with the selection of truck driving axle.
The design method of this article for the design of 9 tons truck driving axle is referred to the traditional driving axle . First, we determine the structure of main components and the main design parameters;Then we determine the overall layout forms and the design scheme referenced to the similar driving axle structure; At last , we turn on to design and calculate the the driving and driven bevel gear , the block bearing ,the differential planetary gear , axle shaft gear fully floating axle and axle housing, including the bending and contact strength check of the bevel gear the strength check of shaft and the life condition check of bearing.
The scheme has the advantages of simple design, convenient operation and strong reliability . We select the single stage reducer in drive axle to make the whole drive axle structure and the manufacturing process simple,so that we can reduces the manufacturing cost greatly . Also , single stage reducer consisted of spiral bevel gear can improve the transmission efficiency of the rear axle and the feasibility of the transmission,so as to achieve the requirements of the task book.
