摘要

對(duì)凸輪軸的加工工藝過(guò)程來(lái)說(shuō),凸輪軸夾具的好壞對(duì)整個(gè)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程的效率有著深刻的影響。凸輪軸是發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)中的關(guān)鍵部件,其質(zhì)量好壞直接影響發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的各項(xiàng)性能指標(biāo)。結(jié)合目前東風(fēng)公司發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)廠(49廠部)實(shí)際生產(chǎn)當(dāng)中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題 ,結(jié)合凸輪軸生產(chǎn)車(chē)間工位布局、工廠設(shè)備更新情況合理改進(jìn)生產(chǎn)加工工藝路線,使凸輪軸在加工過(guò)程當(dāng)中即滿足康明斯發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)整機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)所需要的加工精度,以提高加工效率,提高企業(yè)的產(chǎn)能,滿足市場(chǎng)的需要,增加企業(yè)的利潤(rùn)。
本設(shè)計(jì)通過(guò)對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)數(shù)據(jù)和凸輪軸次品的抽樣分析找到凸輪軸加工存在的問(wèn)題,找出影響產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)的瓶頸工序,定位缺陷以及工藝的不合理。針對(duì)以上出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,通過(guò)計(jì)算凸輪軸在加工過(guò)程當(dāng)中的受力情況和受力大小,找出原來(lái)工裝的不足和缺陷,重新進(jìn)行工裝設(shè)計(jì)。要求根據(jù)凸輪軸加工定位方式,工裝夾具的受力,工藝過(guò)程進(jìn)行路線,工人操作動(dòng)作,以及廠房的實(shí)際情況(由廠方提供一定的數(shù)據(jù)),進(jìn)行凸輪軸關(guān)鍵工裝設(shè)計(jì),并通過(guò)比較,說(shuō)明改進(jìn)后工裝的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,確定方案的可行性。

Abstract
Camshaft machining process, the quality of the camshaft fixture efficiency throughout the production process has a profound impact. Camshaft engine is a key component of its quality directly affects the performance of the engine. Dongfeng combined with the current engine plant (49 Factory) actual production problems which, combined with camshaft production workshop station layout, factory equipment updates reasonable route to improve production process, in which the camshaft in the process that the entire meet Cummins Engine machine design precision needed to improve processing efficiency, and improving the capacity to meet the needs of the market and increase profits.
The design of the data through on-site sampling and analysis found defective camshaft camshaft machining problems to identify bottlenecks affecting the production process, and the process of locating defects unreasonable. To solve the above problems, in the process by calculating the camshaft among the forces and force size, identify deficiencies and defects original tooling and re-tooling design. According to the camshaft positioning processing requirements, force fixture, process carried out route, workers to operate the action, as well as the actual situation plants (to provide certain data from the factory), camshaft new logistics and critical tooling design, and through comparison, indicating economic improvement after tooling to determine the feasibility of the program.
