摘要 隨著我國瀝青道路的發(fā)展，瀝青路面的使用質(zhì)量受早期破壞現(xiàn)象的影響嚴(yán)重，瀝青路面施工過程質(zhì)量的變異性是引起早期破壞的主要因素之一。加強對瀝青路面施工過程中變異性的控制是保證瀝青路面路用性能和使用質(zhì)量的有效手段。
本文在借鑒國內(nèi)外對瀝青路面施工質(zhì)量的相關(guān)研究基礎(chǔ)上，通過對瀝青路面施工過程中變異性的主要影響因素的分析，具體包括原材料、瀝青混合料、溫度等關(guān)鍵性因素對變異性的影響進行研究，并針對這幾個方面提出相應(yīng)的解決措施，從而提高施工過程中的穩(wěn)定性和一致性。此外本文通過統(tǒng)計學(xué)在瀝青路面施工過程中質(zhì)量控制的運用，使施工過程得以動態(tài)控制，具體闡述了控制圖法的原理及實例分析，通過此方法可判斷質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)是否有異常，并查找原因，迅速采取解決措施，可有效的達到動態(tài)控制施工質(zhì)量的目的，使施工質(zhì)量始終處于穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)。

Study on control technology of dynamic quality of asphalt pavement construction
Abstract As the fast development of our country′s high-speed road, the phenomenon of early destruction seriously influence the use quality of asphalt pavement, and the variability of quality is one of the main factor for early damage in the construction process of asphalt pavement .Therefore to strengthen the quality variability control in the process is an effective means to ensure way-use performance and use quality of asphalt pavement.
This paper analyzes the main factors on the variability of the asphalt pavement, in reference to related research based on the construction quality of the asphalt pavement at home and abroad, which include the key factors, such as, raw materials, asphalt mixture, the temperature. All these factors may cause the variability of the asphalt pavement. Through the analysis, I put forward corresponding measure to solve these problems, which means the stability of the construction process and consistence can be improved. In addition, in this paper, this paper uses the statistics in the process of the asphalt pavement construction quality control. Through this method, we can judge whether the quality of the data is abnormal and find out reasons. What is more, this paper illustrates the theory and case analysis of control chart method. Through this method we can effectively achieve the purpose of dynamic quality control in the construction process. Therefore, the construction quality will be always in a stable state.
