摘 要
在汽車更新?lián)Q代的過程中,汽車覆蓋件成形是整個汽車行業(yè)的重要組成部分,也是技術(shù)最密集、加工難度最大的部分。由于汽車覆蓋件形狀十分復(fù)雜,常用的工藝生產(chǎn)方式會引起零件回彈、拉裂現(xiàn)象,同時效率低下是現(xiàn)有的覆蓋件的普遍問題。沖壓是生產(chǎn)汽車覆蓋件的主要工藝,合理的設(shè)計和安排沖壓工藝的各道工序是保證覆蓋件的主要工藝,合理的設(shè)計和安排沖壓工藝的各道工序是保證覆蓋件質(zhì)量和精度的關(guān)鍵。本課題主要通過復(fù)雜汽車覆蓋件成形過程分析,完成沖壓成形工藝方案的設(shè)計,并對其進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。復(fù)雜覆蓋件沖壓成形過程是一個包含多種物理特征“非線性”變化的復(fù)雜過程。
為了更好的研究研究轎車覆蓋件,并對其綜合沖壓工藝過程和攻擊方法進(jìn)行設(shè)計,本文開展了以下工作:
(1)首先通過對汽車覆蓋件沖壓工藝的現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢進(jìn)行了綜述,結(jié)合了某一覆蓋件產(chǎn)品,闡述了覆蓋件沖壓工藝的設(shè)計方法以及流程。
(2)在對產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)特征和成形可能性分析的基礎(chǔ)上,通過對零件沖壓工序的逐步分析、工位排列及工序集中等設(shè)計,完成了該產(chǎn)品全流程的沖壓工藝方案設(shè)計,提高了生產(chǎn)效率。
(3)結(jié)合了所研究的覆蓋件產(chǎn)品特征及沖壓成形特點(diǎn),對沖壓工藝設(shè)計的基本內(nèi)容、合理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及工藝方法進(jìn)行了闡述。
(4)對汽車覆蓋件沖壓工藝方案和工序的順序進(jìn)行了制定,通過工藝的設(shè)計使得汽車覆蓋件的設(shè)計更加合理。
(5)著重研究了拉延模的計算、修邊線的方向、沖孔工序的設(shè)計,從而完成汽車覆蓋件沖壓工藝的詳細(xì)設(shè)計。

Abstract
In the process of automotive replacement,Automotive panel forming is an important part of the entire automotive industry,and it is also the most technologically intensive, the most difficult part of the process,Due to the complexity of the shape of the car cover, craft production methods commonly cause parts rebound, the phenomenon of crack,meanwhile,Inefficiency is a common problem in conventional cover.The main process is the production of automotive stamping parts covered,Rational design and arrangement of the various processes of stamping process is to ensure that the cover of the main process.And reasonable arrangements for stamping process design and each process is the key cover to ensure the quality and accuracy.The main topic of the forming process analysis through complex auto cover and Completion of the stamping process plan design and validate.Stamping complex process is a complex process that contains a variety of physical characteristics "nonlinear" change. order to better research studies car cover, and its consolidated stamping process design and attack methods, this paper carried out the following:
(1)First, through analyzing the present situation and development trend of stamping process of automobile panel are reviewed.With a covering parts, presents a design method of stamping process and process.
(2)Based on the structure feature and forming possibility analysis of product.Through the analysis of the stamping process gradually, the station arrangement and process design, completed the whole process of the stamping process for the design of the product.And it Improves production efficiency.
(3)Combined with the panel product features and forming characteristics,The basic content of stamping process design, reasonable standard and process methods are described.
(4)The stamping process plan and process of automobile covering the order is established, through process design makes the design of automobile panel is more reasonable.
(5)The design focuses on the calculation, drawing die trimming line direction,punching process, so as to complete the detailed design of stamping process of automobile panel.
