摘要 動車組在隧道和在明線上交會時, 均會引起車外較大的壓力波動。一般而言, 動車組通過隧道所產(chǎn)生的壓力波動比明線上兩列動車組交會所產(chǎn)生的壓力波要大。車外壓力波動傳入車內(nèi)會引起空氣壓力波動,從而沖擊司乘人員的耳膜, 造成耳鳴、耳痛等, 帶來動車組內(nèi)壓力舒適度問題。減緩車內(nèi)壓力波動的主要措施之一是采用氣密性能良好的車輛。這就帶來了如何評價車輛氣密性的問題。
風(fēng)擋、渡板位于客車車體端部, 是構(gòu)成通過臺的主要部件。通過臺是車輛之間相互連接的通道和旅客進出的必經(jīng)之路, 必須保證其安全。其中, 風(fēng)擋為關(guān)鍵部件, 技術(shù)含量比較高, 為主要研究對象。
為了能夠有效準(zhǔn)確的測量出動車風(fēng)擋氣密性,本文介紹了在實驗室中通過硬件的搭設(shè),經(jīng)過氣動裝置,對風(fēng)擋部件進行充壓與抽壓,從而模擬出風(fēng)擋在動車高速運行的狀況下,風(fēng)擋內(nèi)部的壓力情況。通過亞當(dāng)模塊對風(fēng)擋內(nèi)部壓強進行抽樣采樣,并通過數(shù)模轉(zhuǎn)換模塊進行A/D轉(zhuǎn)換。通過RS-485總線與計算機相互通信,繼而通過由vb設(shè)計的操作系統(tǒng)程序,對風(fēng)擋內(nèi)部壓力值變化進行測量,并繪出曲線圖,通過excel輸出打印。然后對比國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn),得出該風(fēng)擋氣密性是否符合國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的結(jié)論。整個系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)對密封風(fēng)擋進行正負壓充壓,壓力值抽樣,數(shù)模轉(zhuǎn)換,軟件自動繪圖,打印輸出等功能。
