摘要 在現(xiàn)今競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈的半導(dǎo)體制造業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)下，生產(chǎn)快速化、高品質(zhì)化、交貨及時(shí)化和成本降低化成為公司成長(zhǎng)的關(guān)鍵，這些因素最直接表現(xiàn)在生產(chǎn)透明化。通過信息技術(shù)構(gòu)建的制造執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)，可以實(shí)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)過程在整個(gè)企業(yè)范圍內(nèi)的可視化、透明化，了解生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)真實(shí)情況，變經(jīng)驗(yàn)管理為科學(xué)管理，提高管理水平。本文以蘇州xx半導(dǎo)體公司基于MES的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理與研究為例，探討其應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀及前景，旨在對(duì)其生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)提出合理建議，促使xx公司MES更加高效，最終提高企業(yè)生產(chǎn)管理水平。

The Research and Practice Site Management Based On Carsem Firm

Abstract With the competition between manufacturers being increasingly fierce, rapid introduction of new products, high-quality, timely delivery and cost minimization become the key factors in business’s growth.These factors directly reflect on the enterprise’s management level that means the production of transparent.A manufacturing execution system built by information technology can realize that the production process would be implemented across the entire enterprise-wide visualization, transparency, understand the real situation of production and management, and turn experienced management into scientific management so as to improve the management level. In this paper, I take the site management and research of a semiconductor company in Suzhou, Jiasheng province as the example on the base of MES, and explore the application status and prospects so as to put forward reasonable proposals for its manufacturing operations , promote MES in carsem company more efficient and improve production management level ultimately.
