摘要 隨著21世紀(jì)世界電子工業(yè)的調(diào)整、信息技術(shù)和通信技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展,近年來得益于數(shù)碼電子產(chǎn)品特別是智能手機(jī)終端產(chǎn)品與新市場的影響,全球 PCB 市場成功實(shí)現(xiàn)復(fù)蘇及增長。在蘇州xx電腦有限公司PCBA事業(yè)部實(shí)習(xí)近兩個(gè)月以來,對(duì)公司相關(guān)生產(chǎn)工藝流程已很熟悉,但在實(shí)際操作過程中,發(fā)現(xiàn)相關(guān)工藝仍然存在諸多不合理之處,還有許多可以改進(jìn)的地方,因此通過這兩個(gè)月的實(shí)習(xí)觀察,對(duì)公司的PCBA生產(chǎn)線的工藝流程進(jìn)行分析,找出可以優(yōu)化之處,應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)IE的知識(shí)對(duì)其進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,希望能提高公司在該方面生產(chǎn)流程的生產(chǎn)效率降低成本。
本文首先介紹的是世界電子產(chǎn)品的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及PCBA的生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀,其次是對(duì)國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)研究進(jìn)行綜述;接著介紹的是相關(guān)的理論知識(shí),以工藝流程的優(yōu)化為突破口進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)線的改善,引入關(guān)于生產(chǎn)線工藝流程優(yōu)化所需用的方法5W1H分析法ECRS優(yōu)化方法;然后,對(duì)公司的電子產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)流程的每一部分即PCBA生產(chǎn)階段,導(dǎo)線束生產(chǎn),總裝工序畫出流程圖進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的分析,并且統(tǒng)計(jì)了相關(guān)生產(chǎn)過程中的數(shù)據(jù),結(jié)合數(shù)據(jù)分析和5W1H分析法分析,并用ECRS法對(duì)xx公司電子產(chǎn)品流程進(jìn)行優(yōu)化改善。在進(jìn)行具體的流程改善之前,公司根據(jù)已有的檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)建立一個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)庫,以便隨時(shí)對(duì)生產(chǎn)狀況生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量進(jìn)行監(jiān)測(cè)和控制。
雖然在對(duì)生產(chǎn)線進(jìn)行優(yōu)化后在產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量提升上取得了一些效果,但也發(fā)現(xiàn)一些流程工序在進(jìn)行改善后并沒有發(fā)生較為顯著的改變,這說明流程優(yōu)化并不是萬能的,并不是所有的問題在進(jìn)行流程優(yōu)化后都能得到一些改善。

Abstract With the world in the 21st century the adjustment of the electronic industry, the rapid development of information technology and communication technology, digital electronic products, especially in recent years thanks to the intelligent mobile terminal products and new markets, the influence of global PCB market successful recovery and growth.Flextronics in suzhou computer co., LTD., PCBA department internship for nearly two months, the company related to production process has been very well, but in the actual operation process, find related process there are still many unreasonable place, there are many place to improve, so by looking this two months internship, to the company's PCBA production line process analysis, find out can be optimized, applied basic IE knowledge to optimize, hoping to increase the productivity of the company in the production process to reduce costs.
This article first introduced the present situation and development is one of the world of the development of electronic products and PCBA production status, the second is the research reviewed the related literature at home and abroad;Then is introduced the related theory knowledge, through the optimization of the technological process of the breakthrough on the improvement of the production line, introduced about things which are needful to the production process optimization methods 5 w1h analysis ECRS optimization method;Then, for the company's electronic products production process of each part, the PCBA production phase, wire bunch of production, draw the final assembly process flow chart of a detailed analysis, and statistical data in the process of production, the relevant data analysis and analysis of 5 w1h analysis method, with method of ECRS flextronics electronics process optimization to improve.Before the specific process improvement, the company based on the available testing data to create a database, so that at any time for production status monitoring and control of production quality.
Although after optimizing production line had some effect on product quality improvement, but also found some process working procedure after the improvements and no more significant change, this suggests that the process optimization and is not everything, not all problems can be some improvement after process optimization.
