摘要 起源于日本的5S管理，在工廠的現(xiàn)場管理實踐中被證明是一種科學有效的管理方法,其基本要素包括“整理、整頓、清潔、清掃、素養(yǎng)”。實施5S管理是企業(yè)實現(xiàn)精益化生產(chǎn)、追求持續(xù)化改進的基礎，研究和實施5S管理是xx半導體（蘇州）有限公司（以下簡稱:xx公司）提高企業(yè)管理水平和管理效率的客觀需要，也對一般企業(yè)具有參考意義。
本文采用理論和實踐相結合的方式進行，在闡述5S 理論及國內外關于5S管理的研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎上，根據(jù)自身在xx公司的實習，展示公司5S各階段的具體推行措施和所應用的檢查點檢表及打分評估表。同時結合自身所學的管理知識，總結公司實施5S管理的現(xiàn)狀，并根據(jù)公司現(xiàn)今為保證產(chǎn)品質量仍只注重清潔清掃方面的問題，采用定點攝影、定置管理、目視管理的方法，提出提高企業(yè)在現(xiàn)場管理中全面實施5S管理以提高整體管理水平的建議。5S管理是一項理論上簡單易懂而實際操作上注重技巧的現(xiàn)場管理方法，本文的內容主要是展現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場5S管理的實際實施，希望能給xx公司的管理人員以實際操作上的借鑒和幫助。

Abstract originated in Japan, 5S management proved to be a scientific and effective management method in the field of management practices, which includes the basic elements of "order, straighten, clean, cleaning, literacy." Implementation of 5S management is the basis to achieve lean production, the pursuit of continuous improvement and research and implementation of 5S management of Carsem Semiconductor (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as: Carsem company) is the objective needs of improving the enterprise management level and efficiency, which also a reference for the general business.
In this paper, with a combination of theory and practice manner, the author demonstrates the company 5S specific implementing measures, the application of the various stages of checkpoint assessment checklist and scoring table expounds according to author's own experience in gain, based on stating the theory and research status at home and abroad about the5S management. Meanwhile, the author summarize status of the company to implement 5S management with his own knowledge that have learned, and according to the company present status in which the company still only pay attention to the issue of clean sweeping terms to ensure product quality , the author uses fixed-point photography, set management, visual management methods to give several suggestions that can increase business on-site management of the full implementation of 5S management recommendations to improve the overall management level. 5S management on-site management that is theoretically simple to understand and focus on practical skills. This paper intends to show the practical implementation of 5S management , hoping to give much help to Carsem company executives in practice.
