摘要
當(dāng)今制造業(yè)的迅猛發(fā)展,不僅促進(jìn)了國家整體經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,而且?guī)恿似渌a(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。目前制造業(yè)多采用生產(chǎn)線模式的生產(chǎn)方式,這種方式把整個(gè)產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)過程進(jìn)行細(xì)分,分配到每個(gè)工作位的工序是固定有限的,每個(gè)工作位只需要掌握特定的幾道工序,整體上看,不僅簡化了生產(chǎn)流程,并且能夠提高每個(gè)工作位的操作速度。但這樣的分配方式往往忽視了每個(gè)工作位的操作時(shí)間的一致性,這樣不僅造成了無謂的工時(shí)損失,還容易造成大量的存滯品出現(xiàn),嚴(yán)重的甚至?xí)斐缮a(chǎn)中止,最終影響生產(chǎn)線的平衡率和生產(chǎn)效率。因此在生產(chǎn)線的生產(chǎn)模式下,如何切實(shí)提高生產(chǎn)線整體效率和產(chǎn)能,降低生產(chǎn)節(jié)拍,精簡工作人員和機(jī)器設(shè)備,減少工序之間的在制品,以及追求同步化的生產(chǎn)模式越來越受到眾多制造型企業(yè)的重視。
本論文主要針對C公司生產(chǎn)線的平衡性進(jìn)行研究,并結(jié)合該公司產(chǎn)品的特點(diǎn),對現(xiàn)行生產(chǎn)線進(jìn)行改善及優(yōu)化,并提出相應(yīng)的解決方案,旨在提高企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)效率,說明工業(yè)工程理論與技術(shù)在實(shí)際生產(chǎn)線平衡改善中的運(yùn)用。首先,敘述了論文的研究背景在國內(nèi)外發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀 ,以及研究內(nèi)容和研究思路;其次對裝配線概念及工業(yè)工程理論進(jìn)行了闡述,提出了裝配線平衡的改善方向;其次針對C公司的生產(chǎn)線平衡方面的問題進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場調(diào)查分析,通過工藝程序分析、流程程序分析等方法確定公司產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)工藝、生產(chǎn)流程以及生產(chǎn)線上工位的分布情況;然后采用作業(yè)測定的方法科學(xué)計(jì)算出每道工序的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)時(shí)間,再通過生產(chǎn)線的評價(jià)指標(biāo)來反映生產(chǎn)線實(shí)際運(yùn)行效率;最后針對性地提出具體、合理的改善方法,并對比改善前后裝配線的平衡率,以此來說明通過改善在一定程度上提高了該公司生產(chǎn)線平衡率;總結(jié)改善的效果及原因,并針對改善后的效果評價(jià)提出后期改善的重點(diǎn)。

Abstract
The rapid development of manufacturing industry, not only promoted the developmentof state economy, and drive the other industry development. At present, a lot of manufacturing adopt the production mode of production methods, this approach subdividing the whole production process and assigned to each work process is fixed limited, each work only need to master the specific several process, overall, not only simplifies the production process, and can improve the operation speed of each work place.But the distribution methods often ignore every work of a time of operation consistency, such not only caused unnecessary loss of working hours, also easy to cause a large amount of deposit sluggish product appear, serious can have even production terminated, finally affect the balance of production rate and the production efficiency. So in production line production mode, how to improve the efficiency of the whole production line and productivity, lower production beat,streamline work personnel and equipment, reduce process in between the products, and the pursuit of synchronization production mode by more and more many manufacturing enterprise value.
This thesis C industry company the balance of production line, and combined with the company product characteristics, current production line to improve and optimize,and put forward corresponding solutions, to improve the efficiency of the production of the enterprise that industrial engineering theory and technology in the actual production line balancing the use of the improvement. First of all, the paper describes the industrial engineering theory of production line balancing improve involves the related theory and production line of the eva luation index, and expounds the influence factors of production line balancing, and puts forward the improvement of production line balancing direction;Next to the production line balancing C wood industry company of the field investigation and analysis, this paper through the process analysis, procedure analysis method to determine the company the production technique, production process and production line location distribution; Then the work measurement method of scientific calculated each procedure of standard time, again through the eva luation indexes of production line to reflect the actual operation efficiency production line; Finally pointed proposed specific, reasonable way of improvement, and improve the balance of production line after contrast ratio, so as to show that, through improving promotes, to some degree, the company production line balancing rate; Summarize the effect of improving and the reason, and to improve the effect after the eva luation of the late put forward improving key.
