摘要 精益生產是指運用多種科學管理方法和手段，以企業(yè)需求為依據，充分發(fā)揮人的積極性，通過有效的配置和合理的使用企業(yè)資源，來徹底消除無增值的勞動和浪費，最大限度地為企業(yè)謀取最大經濟效益的生產方式。而生產現場是企業(yè)創(chuàng)造效益的直接場所，企業(yè)最基本的信息都產生于此。生產現場也是企業(yè)各種問題的來源地，生產現場管理水平的高低直接影響企業(yè)經營狀況的好壞。如今制造業(yè)競爭日益激烈，對產品質量、生產效率、制造成本的追求越來越高。以精益生產的科學的管理方法和手段為依據，對企業(yè)的生產現場進行改善，以實現合理的配置，減少生產過程中的不必要的浪費，降低生產成本，提高生產效率；生產質量。特別是生產成本的降低對企業(yè)增強市場競爭力有非常重要的意義。
本文基于精益生產相關理論，對生產現場改善理論進行研究，分析現場改善的方法，對現有的方法進行了總結，介紹了各種精益生產的現場改善方法的作業(yè)；特點；實施的的步驟。通過對XX公司的現場改善過程進行了提高生產效率，降低生產成本的改進研究。系統(tǒng)的介紹了該公司對生產線現場實施的一系列持續(xù)改善活動，通過對工序流程；標準作業(yè)時間測量、物料系統(tǒng)、生產線平衡等方面的分析和優(yōu)化，消除了大量浪費和不增值作業(yè)，有效的提高生產線的生產效率，降低生產成本來增強企業(yè)的競爭力。該公司還通過信息技術手段將整個生產過程的信息串在一起，并通過導入新生產力系統(tǒng)與現場改善相結合來提高生產效率，還能將整個生產過程來改善的效果通過數據更加直接的反應出來。
最后，通過該企業(yè)精益生產的現場管理改善實施效果總結，對同類制造加工企業(yè)在今后的現場改善活動及具體應用具有一定的指導意義。
