摘要 精益生產(chǎn)是指運(yùn)用多種科學(xué)管理方法和手段，以企業(yè)需求為依據(jù)，充分發(fā)揮人的積極性，通過(guò)有效的配置和合理的使用企業(yè)資源，來(lái)徹底消除無(wú)增值的勞動(dòng)和浪費(fèi)，最大限度地為企業(yè)謀取最大經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的生產(chǎn)方式。而生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)是企業(yè)創(chuàng)造效益的直接場(chǎng)所，企業(yè)最基本的信息都產(chǎn)生于此。生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)也是企業(yè)各種問(wèn)題的來(lái)源地，生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理水平的高低直接影響企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況的好壞。如今制造業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈，對(duì)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、生產(chǎn)效率、制造成本的追求越來(lái)越高。以精益生產(chǎn)的科學(xué)的管理方法和手段為依據(jù)，對(duì)企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行改善，以實(shí)現(xiàn)合理的配置，減少生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的不必要的浪費(fèi)，降低生產(chǎn)成本，提高生產(chǎn)效率；生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量。特別是生產(chǎn)成本的降低對(duì)企業(yè)增強(qiáng)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力有非常重要的意義。
本文基于精益生產(chǎn)相關(guān)理論，對(duì)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)改善理論進(jìn)行研究，分析現(xiàn)場(chǎng)改善的方法，對(duì)現(xiàn)有的方法進(jìn)行了總結(jié)，介紹了各種精益生產(chǎn)的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)改善方法的作業(yè)；特點(diǎn)；實(shí)施的的步驟。通過(guò)對(duì)XX公司的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)改善過(guò)程進(jìn)行了提高生產(chǎn)效率，降低生產(chǎn)成本的改進(jìn)研究。系統(tǒng)的介紹了該公司對(duì)生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)施的一系列持續(xù)改善活動(dòng)，通過(guò)對(duì)工序流程；標(biāo)準(zhǔn)作業(yè)時(shí)間測(cè)量、物料系統(tǒng)、生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)平衡等方面的分析和優(yōu)化，消除了大量浪費(fèi)和不增值作業(yè)，有效的提高生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)的生產(chǎn)效率，降低生產(chǎn)成本來(lái)增強(qiáng)企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。該公司還通過(guò)信息技術(shù)手段將整個(gè)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程的信息串在一起，并通過(guò)導(dǎo)入新生產(chǎn)力系統(tǒng)與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)改善相結(jié)合來(lái)提高生產(chǎn)效率，還能將整個(gè)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程來(lái)改善的效果通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)更加直接的反應(yīng)出來(lái)。
最后，通過(guò)該企業(yè)精益生產(chǎn)的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理改善實(shí)施效果總結(jié)，對(duì)同類(lèi)制造加工企業(yè)在今后的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)改善活動(dòng)及具體應(yīng)用具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
