摘 要
目前國(guó)內(nèi)安全生產(chǎn)水平較低,社會(huì)安全文化基礎(chǔ)薄弱,安全生產(chǎn)資源保障水平較低,安全生產(chǎn)條件與經(jīng)濟(jì)高速發(fā)展不相適應(yīng), 安全生產(chǎn)科學(xué)技術(shù)的地位、作用遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)未得到發(fā)揮,現(xiàn)行安全生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行機(jī)制與市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制不相適應(yīng),安全生產(chǎn)執(zhí)法環(huán)境有待改善。企業(yè)安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的建立與實(shí)施,能夠防范不規(guī)范行為,規(guī)避企業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),提高企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益及聲譽(yù),最終影響企業(yè)的興衰。由于現(xiàn)在安全生產(chǎn)形勢(shì)嚴(yán)峻、安全生產(chǎn)基礎(chǔ)薄弱的現(xiàn)狀,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化至關(guān)重要。本文通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)收集,實(shí)地調(diào)研等方法對(duì)xx集團(tuán)內(nèi)部作了詳盡的了解,主要介紹了安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化體系在xx集團(tuán)內(nèi)部建立與實(shí)施過(guò)程,xx集團(tuán)擁有獨(dú)特的企業(yè)文化、靈活的經(jīng)營(yíng)機(jī)制、有效的人力資源管理、領(lǐng)先的核心技術(shù),其內(nèi)部安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化體系的建立與完善,有利于帶動(dòng)相關(guān)企業(yè)對(duì)安全生產(chǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的重視,進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化在企業(yè)內(nèi)部的實(shí)施,更好地實(shí)現(xiàn)安全生產(chǎn)責(zé)任制,規(guī)范安全生產(chǎn)工作,提升企業(yè)安全管理水平,從而有效地預(yù)防控制風(fēng)險(xiǎn),防范事故發(fā)生。

ABSTRACT

At present, the domestic safety level is low. The social security culture foundation is weak. The level of safety production resources is low. The conditions of safety production is not adapted to the high-speed economic development. The status and function of production safety science and technology do not play a role . the current operation mechanism in safety production is not adapted to market economy system. The law enforcement environment of safety production need to be improved. The establishment and implementation of safety standardization in enterprise can prevent irregularities, avoid enterprise risk, improve enterprise economic benefit and reputation, and affect the rise and fall of the enterprise finally. At present, the situation and foundation of safety production is grim and weak,.Therefore, it is significant to realize the standardization of safety in enterprises. This article makes a detailed understanding through Documentary collection and Field research method. This paper mainly introduces the establishment and implementation of the safety standardization in yinjia. Yinjia enterprise has a unique corporate culture, flexible operational mechanism, Effective human resource management and Leading core technology. The establishment and perfection of the internal safety standardization system in yinjia, which will drive the related enterprise pay attention to the safety production standardization, promote the safety standardization in the implementation of the enterprise, better achieve the safety production responsibility system, standardize the work safety in production and improve the level of the enterprise safety management.In finally, we can control and prevent risk and accidents effectively.
