摘要 我國己經(jīng)步入了老齡化社會,老年人的交通問題已經(jīng)成為全社會關(guān)注的焦點，老年人作為弱勢群體必須得到全社會的尊重和關(guān)注,我國老年人事業(yè)健康發(fā)展,老年人交通問題也逐步得到改善,但仍然存在著許多不利條件,老年人出行還會受到許多因素的制約,并且近年來老年人的交通傷亡事故不斷上升,這就需要對老年人交通和諧發(fā)展進行全面的深入研究,制定相應的交通安全教育對策、交通管理對策,并采取合適的交通工程措施以提高老年人出行的安全性和便利性。
本文首先介紹了我國的老齡化現(xiàn)狀及其老年人在交通中的弱勢地位，其次分析了目前國內(nèi)外對老齡化交通的研究進展，研究老年人的基本出行行為特征，并結(jié)合我國現(xiàn)有老齡化交通系統(tǒng)中存在的問題，提出應對老齡化社會交通的措施，充分考慮老年人的特點，設計人性化的交通設施環(huán)境，制定相應的保障老年人安全出行的政策法規(guī)。

Study on Countermeasures of city traffic in an aging society
Abstract Our country has gone into older-society, and the traffic problem of the older people has become the focus of the society. As disadvantaged minority, the older must be well treated and bring the attention of the whole society. The enterprise of the older is developing healthily while the traffic problem of older people is becoming better and better, but there are many disadvantages yet and there are many restricts when older people going out, and the recent years old people's transportation casualty rose unceasingly which needs to study the harmonious development of the traffic of the older people entirely, then draw up the appropriate measures to increase safety and convenience when older people going out.
This paper first introduces the status quo of aging and the elderly in China's weak position in the traffic, followed by analysis of the current research progress on aging traffic at home and abroad, the basic study on travel behavior characteristics of the elderly, and combined with the current aging transportation problem, put forward to deal with the aging society traffic measures, fully consider the characteristics of the elderly, the humanized design of traffic facilities, ensure the elderly safe travel corresponding policies and regulations.
