社會責任和企業(yè)發(fā)展關(guān)系的研究
——以鎮(zhèn)江市自來水公司為例

摘要：近年來，隨著鎮(zhèn)江水污染，蘭州水污染等事件的發(fā)生，自來水公司如何正確處理社會責任與企業(yè)發(fā)展之間的關(guān)系，已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)要做的重點了。追求企業(yè)利潤最大化一直都是企業(yè)的終極目標，然而現(xiàn)代企業(yè)經(jīng)營者們還是一直保留著之前的觀念，認為一個企業(yè)如果承擔其社會責任就必然會影響甚至企業(yè)的利益，因為他們認為企業(yè)承擔社會責任是一種成本與付出，然而這種付出卻往往等不到任何的匯報，只會阻礙企業(yè)的正常發(fā)展，削弱企業(yè)的核心競爭力。但是，事實上，企業(yè)承擔社會責任雖然會在短期之內(nèi)，使得企業(yè)的成本提高，從長期來看，反而會促進企業(yè)的發(fā)展，因為這種成本是有利于提升企業(yè)的生命周期，實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展，從而增強企業(yè)的效益與發(fā)展，真正做到和諧發(fā)展。
本文通過對鎮(zhèn)江自來水公司對于社會責任這一方面的，運用社會責任和企業(yè)效益相關(guān)理論對自來水公司做出一個客觀的認識，并根據(jù)當前的形勢以及企業(yè)所具有的資源，為企業(yè)能夠根據(jù)自身的基本狀況制定出合理的實施措施，達到最終的目標，讓企業(yè)全面協(xié)調(diào)承擔社會責任與追求經(jīng)濟效益的可持續(xù)發(fā)展的關(guān)系，使二者良性互動，以最大限度的增強企業(yè)的市場競爭力，這才是企業(yè)發(fā)展的長久之計。本文擬通過研究來解決一下幾個問題：第一，通過對鎮(zhèn)江自來水公司對于承擔社會責任中現(xiàn)狀的研究與分析，尋找鎮(zhèn)江自來水公司在這其中存在的普遍問題，以及產(chǎn)生的原因和后果。第二，針對自來水公司存在的問題，尋找到合適的解決方法。

Abstract
In recent years, with the occurrence of Zhenjiang water pollution, water pollution incident in Lanzhou, how to correctly handle the relationship between water companies and business development between social responsibility, has become the focus of enterprises to do it.but who are still modern business has retained the previous notion that if a company is bound to assume their social responsibility and even affect the interests of the enterprise, because they believe corporate social responsibility is a cost and pay, however, this is often not wait to pay any of the report, it will only hinder the normal development of the enterprise, undermine the core competitiveness of enterprises. But, in fact, corporate social responsibility, although it will in the short term, making the corporate costs, in the long run, it will promote the development of enterprises, because this cost is beneficial to enhance the corporate life cycle, to achieve sustainable development, thereby enhancing the efficiency and development of enterprises, truly harmonious development.
Through the Zhenjiang water companies for social responsibility in this regard , the use of corporate social responsibility and benefits related to the theory of the water company to make an objective understanding of the current situation and in accordance with the enterprise 's resources, companies can according to their own the basic condition to develop a reasonable implementation of measures to achieve the ultimate goal , so that enterprise-wide coordination of social responsibility and the pursuit of sustainable development in economic relations , so that the positive interaction between the two , in order to maximize enhance their market competitiveness, which is a permanent solution for enterprise development. This paper intends to solve by studying several problems : First, the water company through Zhenjiang social responsibility in the current situation of research and analysis, to find a common problem in which the water company Zhenjiang exist, as well as the causes and consequences.Second, the problems for the water company , to find the right solution.
