摘要
改革開放以來，中小企業(yè)在中國發(fā)展迅速，已成為中國經(jīng)濟社會的發(fā)展的重要組成部分。長三角地區(qū)作為我國經(jīng)濟最活躍的地區(qū)，自主創(chuàng)新的氛圍更是活躍。但是在中小企業(yè)發(fā)展的過程中，融資約束一直成為制約中小企業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展的難題，國家政策和法律方面也努力促進中小企業(yè)的發(fā)展，尤其是2008年我國的實體經(jīng)濟受到了國際金融危機的嚴重沖擊，帶來了各種突發(fā)性困難，其中融資難問題比較突出，調(diào)查表明，作為我國自主創(chuàng)新排頭兵的長三角地區(qū)，自主創(chuàng)新氛圍雖然強，但效果并不明顯，資金短缺，融資困難的危機越來越嚴重。本文主要分析是深度剖析長三角中小企業(yè)的融資現(xiàn)狀，從外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部經(jīng)營等層面分析長三角地區(qū)民營企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新融資難的成因，并提出了相應的解決舉措。

Abstract：
Since the reform and opening up, the rapid development of SMEs in China has become an important part of China's economic and social development. Yangtze Delta region of China's most economically active, independent and innovative atmosphere is active. But in the course of the development of SMEs, the financing constraints of SMEs has become a problem restricted to flourish, national policies and laws also endeavor to promote the development of SMEs, especially in 2008, China's real economy has been severe impact of the international financial crisis , brought a variety of unexpected difficulties, the problem of financing the more prominent, the survey showed that as the vanguard of China's Yangtze River Delta region innovation, innovation atmosphere though strong, but the effect is not obvious, a shortage of funds, financing difficulties crisis more serious. This paper analyzes the status quo of the Yangtze River Delta depth analysis of the financing of SMEs, from the external environment and internal operations, such as the level of analysis of the private enterprises in independent innovation causes difficulties in financing, and the corresponding solutions initiative.
