我國于1986年開始發(fā)行企業(yè)債券，發(fā)行的規(guī)?？傮w偏小，處于一個相對滯后的層面。企業(yè)債券市場發(fā)展至今顯現(xiàn)出企業(yè)債券作為一種籌資工具的不可替代的優(yōu)點，同時也不可避免的顯示出其可提升發(fā)展的弱點。為了繁榮企業(yè)債券市場，我們需要發(fā)揮創(chuàng)造性的思維，完善規(guī)章制度，推動市場的完善。

Abstract
In 1986 our country began to issue corporate bonds but the size is small in all. It is on the comparable hysteretic level. Now enterprise bond market development has shown corporate bonds’ irreplaceable advantages as a financing tool. However we also can find its inevitable weakness which need to be promoted. To improve corporate bond market we need to have a creative thinking and complete the rules and regulations.

Abstract
