摘要

《美食，祈禱，戀愛》是美國作家伊麗莎白R26;吉爾伯特的一部自傳此書以獨到的視角記錄了一名成功女性在拋下財富與名譽后踏上自我尋找之旅的過程，其足跡遍布意大利、印度和印度尼西亞。本文將圍繞美食和女性自我發(fā)現(xiàn)這一主題，通過分析美食在作者自我發(fā)現(xiàn)過程中三個階段不同的作用和影響，得出作者最終在身體、精神和情感方面得到了提升，實現(xiàn)了自我發(fā)現(xiàn)的結(jié)論。
