【內(nèi)容提要】中小企業(yè)的健康穩(wěn)定發(fā)展是整個(gè)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)穩(wěn)定快速發(fā)展和保持社會(huì)穩(wěn)定的重要條件，在企業(yè)改革的過程中，要觀念創(chuàng)新，樹立正確的中小企業(yè)發(fā)展觀；要技術(shù)創(chuàng)新，從財(cái)政、稅收、金融政策等方面為中小企業(yè)發(fā)展提供強(qiáng)有力的支持。
【英文摘要】A healthy and steady development of the small-and-medium-sized enterprises will favor a rapid growthof the national economy. In the process of the reform of enterprises, we need to take up an innovation of both mentality andtechnology and develop a sound attitude toward thedevelopment of the small-and-medium-sized enterprises. Astrong support to the development of those enterprises shouldbe untaken in fiscal, financial and tax-collecting policies.
