　　摘要：開(kāi)放與發(fā)展金融市場(chǎng)，特別是證券市場(chǎng)，對(duì)我國(guó)城市經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革和市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的發(fā)展具有重要的作用。近年來(lái)，我國(guó)證券市場(chǎng)有了長(zhǎng)足的發(fā)展，但由于起步較晚，在發(fā)展中也暴露出了不少問(wèn)題。本文著重從我國(guó)證券市場(chǎng)的現(xiàn)狀分析入手，剖析證券市場(chǎng)存在的主要問(wèn)題，并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了證券市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展構(gòu)想。
