　　摘要：開放與發(fā)展金融市場，特別是證券市場，對我國城市經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革和市場經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的發(fā)展具有重要的作用。近年來，我國證券市場有了長足的發(fā)展，但由于起步較晚，在發(fā)展中也暴露出了不少問題。本文著重從我國證券市場的現(xiàn)狀分析入手，剖析證券市場存在的主要問題，并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了證券市場的發(fā)展構(gòu)想。
