摘 要
單一經(jīng)營(yíng)和多元化經(jīng)營(yíng)是公司的一種戰(zhàn)略選擇,在資源有限的情況下,戰(zhàn)略選擇影響著公司的成敗、命運(yùn),因此,正確進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略選擇具有重要的意義。
我國(guó)企業(yè)面臨著如何進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略管理及經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略的選擇問(wèn)題。國(guó)內(nèi)的企業(yè)受我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的影響,還未對(duì)戰(zhàn)略管理予以充分的重視。在單一經(jīng)營(yíng)與多元化經(jīng)營(yíng)的選擇上,國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)更多的考慮了短期利益,而沒(méi)有從戰(zhàn)略長(zhǎng)期性的角度去研究如何取得競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),如何創(chuàng)造核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,最終達(dá)到持續(xù)創(chuàng)造公司價(jià)值的目的。本來(lái),在實(shí)踐中根本就不存在唯一正確的公司戰(zhàn)略。能夠在多個(gè)業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域內(nèi)樹立競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的不同資源、公司經(jīng)營(yíng)的產(chǎn)業(yè)范圍和公司內(nèi)部決策、組織等因素的合理組合都能構(gòu)成適當(dāng)、有效的公司管理戰(zhàn)略。如果公司能實(shí)現(xiàn)以上幾個(gè)要素之間的系統(tǒng)結(jié)合,就能形成公司優(yōu)勢(shì),就能構(gòu)造核心的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,就能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)公司持久性地創(chuàng)造價(jià)值的目的。本文試圖結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外公司經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略選擇的成功與失敗的案例,針對(duì)單一與多元化的經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)存在的戰(zhàn)略選擇問(wèn)題予以分析,研究單一經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略與多元化經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略的應(yīng)用環(huán)境。針對(duì)我國(guó)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)已有一定規(guī)模,世界經(jīng)濟(jì)融合與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)加劇的歷史條件,提出進(jìn)行單一經(jīng)營(yíng)更有成效、更易獲得成功的建議,希望能對(duì)我國(guó)的企業(yè)提供參考。

ABSTRACT
Single management and Multidimensional management are a strategic choice of a corporation. the strategic choice determines the corporation’s fate of success or failure in face of limited resources. So, it is very important to make a right strategic choice.
Chinese enterprises face the problems of strategic management and strategic choice. Impacted by the old economy system in China, They don’t pay more attentions to the strategic management. In the strategic choice, they give more attentions to the short-term benefits, not to the long-term benefits. They seldom research how to get competitive occupation and how to construct nuclear Competitive abilities to reach the purpose of long- term profitability maximum.
Generally, there is no sole right corporation strategy. If you can consist of the different resources, right industry, correct decision and good organizing effectively , then you can give a effective corporation strategy, you can make vantage and make up of nuclear competitive abilities to implement the corporation’s purpose of profitability maximum. This article attempt to use the failed and the succeed cases in corporation strategy to research the problems that lie in Chinese enterprises today and to research the environment that single management and Multidimensional face. in face of the fusing world economy and more competitive condition, we can give a suggestion that the single management is more effective and easier to succeed in current market economy and wish to refer to Chinese enterprises.

Single management and Multidimensional management are a strategic choice of a corporation. the strategic choice determines the corporation’s fate of success or failure in face of limited resources. So, it is very important to make a right strategic choice.
