摘 要
頻率特性測(cè)試儀簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)掃頻儀,是一種根據(jù)掃頻測(cè)量法原理組成的分析電路頻率特性的電子測(cè)量?jī)x器,主要用于電路頻率特性的測(cè)試。它是一種把掃頻信號(hào)發(fā)生器和示波器結(jié)合起來(lái)的測(cè)試儀器。虛擬頻率特性測(cè)試儀,由數(shù)據(jù)采集設(shè)備中D/A 功能單元產(chǎn)生的激勵(lì)信號(hào)作用于待測(cè)系統(tǒng)或網(wǎng)絡(luò)(電路),得到的響應(yīng)信號(hào)經(jīng)數(shù)據(jù)采集設(shè)備中的A/D功能單元采集后送入計(jì)算機(jī),以對(duì)應(yīng)于各種不同種類(lèi)激勵(lì),響應(yīng)信號(hào)的算法(應(yīng)用程序)進(jìn)行處理,最后給出系統(tǒng)頻率特性。
傳統(tǒng)掃頻儀不僅價(jià)格昂貴,體積寵大,而且只能顯示幅頻特性曲線,不能得到相頻特性曲線, 更不能打印被測(cè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的頻響曲線,給使用者帶來(lái)諸多不便。虛擬頻率特性測(cè)試儀要比傳統(tǒng)的電子儀器更為通用,在組建和改變儀器的功能和技術(shù)性能方面更為靈活、更為經(jīng)濟(jì),更能適應(yīng)迅猛發(fā)展的當(dāng)代科學(xué)技術(shù)對(duì)測(cè)量技術(shù)和測(cè)量?jī)x器不斷提出的更新并擴(kuò)展功能與性能的要求。
基于USB6009DAQ頻率特性測(cè)試儀的設(shè)計(jì)共分三個(gè)部分。第一部分,介紹頻率特性測(cè)試儀器的原理和應(yīng)用;第二部分,虛擬頻率特性測(cè)試儀設(shè)計(jì),介紹虛擬儀器的特點(diǎn)和軟硬件構(gòu)建;用LabVIEW設(shè)計(jì)了測(cè)試儀的前面板和流程圖,實(shí)現(xiàn)USB6009DAQ卡輸出正弦信號(hào)和采集電路響應(yīng)的功能;第三部分,給出測(cè)試高、低、帶通濾波電路的結(jié)果和步驟。

The tradition sweeps the frequency meter not only the price expensively, the volume favors in a big way, moreover only can demonstrate the amplitude frequency characteristic, cannot obtain the frequency characteristic curve, cannot print was measured the network the frequency sound curve, brings to the user many is inconvenient. The hypothesized frequency characteristic tester must compared to the traditional electronic instrumentation more general, is setting up and changes the instrument the function and the technical performance aspect more nimble, is more economical, can adapt the swift and violent development present age science and technology to survey the renewal and the expansion function and the performance request which the technology and the metering equipment unceasingly proposed.
Supposes based on the USB6009DAQ frequency characteristic tester in all divides three parts. First part, introduction frequency characteristic measuring instrument principle and application; The second part, the hypothesized frequency characteristic tester design, introduced the hypothesized instrument the characteristic and the software and hardware construct; Has designed the tester front panel and the flow chart with LabVIEW, realizes function which the USB6009DAQ card output sine signal and the gathering electric circuit responds; The third part, produces tests high, is low, the band-pass circuit result and the step.
