摘 要
家族企業(yè)在我國(guó)所有企業(yè)中所占的比重很大,對(duì)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)有著重要的影響,家族企業(yè)的成長(zhǎng)直接推動(dòng)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。我國(guó)的家族企業(yè)與國(guó)外的家族企業(yè)相比,有優(yōu)勢(shì)也有劣勢(shì),采取相應(yīng)有效的管理措施,使我國(guó)家族企業(yè)創(chuàng)造更加輝煌的未來(lái)。

Abstract
The proportion of family enterprise is very large in all the corporation of our county, and they become more and more important whose grow directly impulse development of economic in china. Compared with family enterprise on abroad, they have inferiority and superiority .Measure of management will be taked step to make family enterprise in china have brighter future.
