摘 要
隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展,跨座式單軌車在現(xiàn)代城市中已經(jīng)得到了很大的運(yùn)用。與此同時(shí)人們也開始高度重視單軌車行進(jìn)安全性問題。單軌車安全分為主動(dòng)安全與被動(dòng)安全兩大類。主動(dòng)安全是指單軌車避免發(fā)生交通事故的能力。被動(dòng)安全是指單軌車在行進(jìn)中發(fā)現(xiàn)問題時(shí),對(duì)車內(nèi)人員采取的保護(hù)措施。主動(dòng)安全技術(shù)具有單軌車水平輪壓力檢測(cè)技術(shù)在避免交通事故發(fā)生方面,發(fā)揮著極其重要的作用。
本文針對(duì)目前對(duì)高可靠性輪胎壓力檢測(cè)的廣泛需求,對(duì)單軌車水平輪壓力檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了研究。水平輪壓力檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)有動(dòng)態(tài)和靜態(tài)兩種。本文采用動(dòng)態(tài)測(cè)試輪胎現(xiàn)場(chǎng)數(shù)據(jù)的方法,克服了靜態(tài)條件下數(shù)據(jù)采集方法在特定條件下固有的不準(zhǔn)確性,達(dá)到了較高的測(cè)試精度及準(zhǔn)確度。
本文研制的水平輪壓力檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)由PC梁模塊、轉(zhuǎn)向架模塊與輪胎模塊三大模塊組成。輪胎模塊由傳感器單元、控制器單元單元組成。本文詳細(xì)論述了壓力信號(hào)的采集原理,大大提高了數(shù)據(jù)采集效率,降低了輪胎模塊功耗。數(shù)據(jù)接受模塊語音播放模塊、液晶顯示模塊、鍵盤及調(diào)試接口模塊組成。

ABSTRACT
With economic and social development, inter-seat-single-track vehicles in the modern city has been used a lot. At the same time people are beginning to pay great attention to the monorail safety issues of car road . Monorail car’s safety is divided into active safety and passive safety of two categories. Active Safety is the monorail cars to avoid traffic capacity. Monorail passive safety is found in the car in the road when the car to take protective measures. Active safety technologies monorail cars plays a vital role round the level of pressure to avoid detection technology in traffic accidents occurred.
In this paper, for a wide range of needs in high-reliability of the current tire pressure testing, the level tires of the monorail cars round pressure detection system was studied. Level tires of pressure detection system is both active and passive. This article tire test at the scene by dynamic data ways to overcome the static data collection methods under the conditions under certain conditions inherent inaccuracy, to achieve a higher precision and accuracy.
Development of this level tires of pressure on the detection system from PC Leung module and the two major tire module modules. Tire module from the sensor modules, controller unit modules. This article discusses in detail the pressure signal acquisition principle, greatly improving the data collection efficiency and lower power consumption module of the tire. Accept the voice data module player modules, LCD modules, keyboard and debug interface module.
