某市構筑西部地區(qū)物流樞紐可行性研究



摘    要


現(xiàn)代物流作為一個跨部門、 跨行業(yè)、 跨地域的綜合系統(tǒng)， 從為社會提供采購、運輸、倉儲等傳統(tǒng)服務，擴展到以現(xiàn)代科技、管理和信息技術為支撐的綜合物流服務。其對于推動經濟發(fā)展、改善投資環(huán)境和提高地區(qū)經濟和工商企業(yè)在國內外市場競爭能力的重要性，已日益被世界各國、各地區(qū)政府所重視。

我國物流業(yè)在政府的大力倡導下， 隨著現(xiàn)代物流理論的發(fā)展和我國加入WTO,逐步形成了由運輸向物流的物流理念的轉變。中心樞紐城市的物流節(jié)點作用日益得到重視，全國各大中心樞紐城市均在積極地應用現(xiàn)代物流理論進行現(xiàn)代物流體系的建設，以期在未來激烈的經濟競爭中搶占先機。

重慶市作為區(qū)域經濟中心城市和全國重要交通運輸樞紐城市的地位，提出發(fā)展現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)，向現(xiàn)代物流樞紐城市發(fā)展，支持工業(yè)、商業(yè)流通、交通運輸、信息等構成國民經濟重要支柱和基礎的各類產業(yè)的發(fā)展， 獲得新的經濟增長點， 發(fā)揮其區(qū)域經濟中心的作用，推動區(qū)域經濟的發(fā)展，是實現(xiàn)其未來經濟發(fā)展目標的必然選擇。然而，現(xiàn)代意義的物流樞紐城市與傳統(tǒng)意義上的交通運輸樞紐城市存在著本質上的差別， 重慶市是否能構筑西部物流樞紐城市，是一個值得研究和探討的重要課題。

本文的研究遵循從理論到實踐、從一般到特殊的過程，通過對比分析，得出綜合結論。全文共分四章。論文各部分的主要內容分述如下：

第一章：緒論。本章提出了本課題研究的背景、國內外的研究現(xiàn)狀和存在的不足，并闡明本課題研究的目的和意義，以及論文的研究思路、技術路線和研究方法。

第二章：重慶市與國內部分城市的對比分析。本章分析上海、深圳和重慶在各地區(qū)經濟發(fā)展中所處的物流地位；同時對比研究這幾個城市的物流運作特點，總結與重慶在物流發(fā)展中的差異。

第三章：重慶市向西部物流樞紐城市發(fā)展存在問題分析。本章通過分析為提出合理的對策建議提供依據(jù)。

第四章：重慶市向西部物流樞紐城市發(fā)展有關措施建議。針對前面的研究，本文提出了重慶市構建西部物流樞紐的對策建議。

ABSTRACT

Modern logistics is a synthetic system, which covers over several industries, departments and fields. Originally, it provides the traditional service as purchasing, transporting and keeping something in a storehouse. Nowadays, it has developed into synthetic logistic service based on modern technology, management and IT. The importance of logistics has been emphasized by governments of many countries and areas all over the world, especial l y on the field of developing economics, investment

environment and the competitive ability of enterprises .

With the entering into WTO and the developing of modem logistic theory, the logistics in China has been charged from transportation into logistics. The function of the hub centre city as logistic key point has been enlarged. The hub centre cities all over the country are building modern logistic system with the applying of modern logistic theory in order to occupy the dominant position in economic competition in future.

 Chongqing, which is the important traffic pivotal city and the regional economic

center proposed to develop modern logistics and is growing into modern pivotal city.   If we want to carry out the aim of future economic development, it is necessary that we should support the development of such industry as commercial circulating,       transportation and information which are the basis and important pillar of national     economy and cultivate new economic developing point, give full play to the initiative of regional economic center, promote the development of regional economy. However, there is obvious difference between modern logistic pivotal city and traditional traffic pivotal city. It is an important task with of studying and discussing that whether Chongqing can build a logistics hub in the western.

The article research follows from theory to the practice, from generally to the special process. Through comparative analysis, comprehensive conclusions drawn.  The full text altogether divides four chapters. The paper each part of main contents minute states as follows:

Chapter one: Introductory remarks. This chapter proposed this topic research background, the domestic and foreign research present situation and the existence insufficiency, and clarifies the expounded books topic research the goal and the significance, as well as paper research mentality, technical route and research technique.

Chapter two: Chongqing compared with some domestic cities. This chapter analysis Shanghai, Shenzhen and Chongqing in the regions where the economic development of the logistics position. At the same time in several cities this comparative study of the logistics operational characteristics, review and Chongqing in the development of the logistics difference.

Chapter three: Chongqing logistics industry development present situation and existence main problem and the reason analysis. Through the analysis for proposed the science countermeasure and advice provides the basis.
