焊接材料數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的創(chuàng)建（本科畢業(yè)論文設(shè)計(jì)）
摘要

本課題針對(duì)目前國(guó)內(nèi)外焊接材料品種廣，制造廠(chǎng)家多，性能各異，沒(méi)有完整的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)系統(tǒng)可供用戶(hù)查詢(xún)選擇的問(wèn)題。采用編程效率高，可視化效果好的面向?qū)ο缶幊坦ぞ逥elphi作為軟件開(kāi)發(fā)工具，創(chuàng)建一個(gè)功能良好，易于操作，維護(hù)性強(qiáng)，推理判斷準(zhǔn)確，參數(shù)設(shè)置合理，焊接數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)齊全的焊接材料數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)管理系統(tǒng)，為企業(yè)焊接工程技術(shù)人員進(jìn)行有效合理的管理提供較好的平臺(tái)。
本系統(tǒng)主要進(jìn)行焊接材料數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的建立及各界面的創(chuàng)建和建立。系統(tǒng)的焊接材料的數(shù)據(jù)齊全，各界面簡(jiǎn)潔、色彩和諧，能夠順利運(yùn)行以及進(jìn)行日常的維護(hù)。
針對(duì)Delphi開(kāi)發(fā)工具與傳統(tǒng)的Windows應(yīng)用程序的開(kāi)發(fā)方法相比，所具有的功能強(qiáng)大、快速和可視化程度高等特點(diǎn)，所以選用Delphi7.0編程語(yǔ)言進(jìn)行界面創(chuàng)建和系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行，用Word文檔格式進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書(shū)的編寫(xiě)。此外，本文還針對(duì)系統(tǒng)的創(chuàng)建過(guò)程和優(yōu)化進(jìn)行了詳盡的介紹。

ABSTRACT

Currently, At home and abroad, welding materials have wide variety, whose function is varied and there are no database system for users to enquiries and choose。We use high efficient programming software Delphi7.0 as exploitation tool to establish a welding material database system which is easy to handle and maintain, and can estimate correctly. So business engineering and technical persons can use the platform to manage rationally and effectively.
This system is mainly used to establish welding database as well as the customer interface. The database must have all the data of welding material. And the interface must be concise and color must be harmony, so the manager can do the maintenance successfully.
Compared with the traditional Windows application, Delphi has more function, and is faster. So we choose Delphi7.0 to establish the interface and database system, and use Word to compile the design instruction. Moreover, the article gives a elaborate introduction to the process of system establishing and optimizing.
