摘 要

一直以來,在塑料制品的所有成型工藝中,注射成型應(yīng)用最廣泛。在傳統(tǒng)的注射模設(shè)計過程中,對注射成型參數(shù)的選擇及模體的設(shè)計都主要依靠經(jīng)驗值,這樣不僅不夠精確,而且耗費(fèi)了大量的人力和物力資源,而應(yīng)用計算機(jī)輔助技術(shù)就顯得頗具優(yōu)越性。本文的主要研究內(nèi)容為利用Moldflow進(jìn)行焊接快速接頭外套的注射成型工藝分析和利用CAD進(jìn)行注射模設(shè)計。Moldflow是應(yīng)用最廣泛的注射成型工藝分析軟件,它可以預(yù)測注射成型過程中產(chǎn)生的缺陷,從而減少試模次數(shù),降低模具制造成本。
文中介紹了我國塑料模具行業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀、注塑模CAD/CAE的發(fā)展;本文先采用UG對快速焊接接頭外套進(jìn)行了三維造型,然后采用Moldflow軟件對焊接快速接頭外套注射成型過程中的流動充模階段和冷卻階段進(jìn)行了模擬仿真,并預(yù)設(shè)了兩種方案,分別對其結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析比較,得出最佳布局方案、最佳成型工藝參數(shù)及最佳冷卻回路形式;最后,在模擬分析的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計出了合理可行的焊接快速接頭外套注射成型模具。

ABSTRACT

All along, injection molding is the most widely used in all the products of the plastic forming process. In the traditional injection mould design process, the injection molding parameters of choice and the design motif are mainly relying on the experience of value, not only imprecise, but spent a lot of human and material resources, and the application of computer-aided technology it is quite Superiority. The main research for the use of Moldflow quickly welded joints jacket of the injection molding process of vaccination and the use of CAD die design. Moldflow is the most extensive application of the injection molding process analysis software, it can be predicted injection molding process of the defects, thereby reducing the number of trial and lower mold manufacturing costs.
