摘 要

隨著電子計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的發(fā)展和門(mén)窗制造業(yè)的發(fā)展，傳統(tǒng)的金屬門(mén)窗設(shè)計(jì)與管理方法已很難適應(yīng)越來(lái)越激勵(lì)的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)，因此，開(kāi)發(fā)一套具有窗型設(shè)計(jì)、型材管理、配件管理、工程管理、工藝設(shè)計(jì)等功能的金屬門(mén)窗CAPP系統(tǒng)已十分必要。
本論文介紹了金屬門(mén)窗以及國(guó)內(nèi)外門(mén)窗設(shè)計(jì)軟件的發(fā)展概況，并運(yùn)用CAPP及軟件工程的基本原理，對(duì)門(mén)窗CAPP軟件開(kāi)發(fā)的一般步驟和關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行了分析；討論了本系統(tǒng)的適用范圍，進(jìn)而提出了系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)和應(yīng)用目標(biāo)。針對(duì)金屬門(mén)窗CAPP系統(tǒng)做了需求分析，進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的概要設(shè)計(jì)，并得到本系統(tǒng)的功能模塊圖和相應(yīng)的數(shù)據(jù)流程圖。依次對(duì)系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)部分進(jìn)行了概念結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、邏輯結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和物理結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，最后進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的界面設(shè)計(jì)及代碼編寫(xiě)，得到了金屬門(mén)窗CAPP系統(tǒng)原型。
論文主要介紹了本課題的開(kāi)發(fā)背景，所要完成的功能和開(kāi)發(fā)的過(guò)程。重點(diǎn)的說(shuō)明了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的重點(diǎn)、設(shè)計(jì)思想、難點(diǎn)技術(shù)和解決方案。

ABSTRACT

With the development of computer technology and the development of manufacturing doors and windows, the traditional design and management method of metal doors and windows has been increasingly difficult to adapt to stimulate competition in the market, therefore, it is very necessary to develop a set of metal doors and windows CAPP system which has the function of Graphic designing, management profiles, fitting management, project management, process designing and so on.
The present paper introduced the metal windows and doors as well as the domestic and foreign windows and doors design software's development survey, and using CAPP and software engineering's basic principle, has carried on the analysis to the windows and doors CAPP software development's general step and the key technologies; It has discussed this system's applicable scope, then set system's project objective and the application goal. It has made the demand analysis in view of the metal windows and doors CAPP system, carries on system's preliminary design, and obtains this system's functional module chart and the corresponding data flow chart. It has carried on the concept structural design, the logical organization design and physics structural design in turn to system's database part, finally has carried on system's contact surface design and the code compilation, obtained the metal windows and doors CAPP system prototype.
The paper mainly introduced this topic's development background, and the function and development process to be completed, key explanation the key point of system design, design concept, difficult technology and solution.
