摘 要

隨著電子計算機技術的發(fā)展和門窗制造業(yè)的發(fā)展，傳統(tǒng)的金屬門窗設計與管理方法已很難適應越來越激勵的市場競爭，因此，開發(fā)一套具有窗型設計、型材管理、配件管理、工程管理、工藝設計等功能的金屬門窗CAPP系統(tǒng)已十分必要。
本論文介紹了金屬門窗以及國內外門窗設計軟件的發(fā)展概況，并運用CAPP及軟件工程的基本原理，對門窗CAPP軟件開發(fā)的一般步驟和關鍵技術進行了分析；討論了本系統(tǒng)的適用范圍，進而提出了系統(tǒng)的設計目標和應用目標。針對金屬門窗CAPP系統(tǒng)做了需求分析，進行系統(tǒng)的概要設計，并得到本系統(tǒng)的功能模塊圖和相應的數據流程圖。依次對系統(tǒng)的數據庫部分進行了概念結構設計、邏輯結構設計和物理結構設計，最后進行了系統(tǒng)的界面設計及代碼編寫，得到了金屬門窗CAPP系統(tǒng)原型。
論文主要介紹了本課題的開發(fā)背景，所要完成的功能和開發(fā)的過程。重點的說明了系統(tǒng)設計的重點、設計思想、難點技術和解決方案。

ABSTRACT

With the development of computer technology and the development of manufacturing doors and windows, the traditional design and management method of metal doors and windows has been increasingly difficult to adapt to stimulate competition in the market, therefore, it is very necessary to develop a set of metal doors and windows CAPP system which has the function of Graphic designing, management profiles, fitting management, project management, process designing and so on.
The present paper introduced the metal windows and doors as well as the domestic and foreign windows and doors design software's development survey, and using CAPP and software engineering's basic principle, has carried on the analysis to the windows and doors CAPP software development's general step and the key technologies; It has discussed this system's applicable scope, then set system's project objective and the application goal. It has made the demand analysis in view of the metal windows and doors CAPP system, carries on system's preliminary design, and obtains this system's functional module chart and the corresponding data flow chart. It has carried on the concept structural design, the logical organization design and physics structural design in turn to system's database part, finally has carried on system's contact surface design and the code compilation, obtained the metal windows and doors CAPP system prototype.
The paper mainly introduced this topic's development background, and the function and development process to be completed, key explanation the key point of system design, design concept, difficult technology and solution.
