摘 要
質(zhì)量是產(chǎn)品滿足規(guī)定和潛在需要特征的總和，是企業(yè)在不斷加劇的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中贏得成功、求得生存的決定性因素之一。在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、技術(shù)進(jìn)步、市場(chǎng)對(duì)需求多樣化的環(huán)境下，我國(guó)的機(jī)械制造企業(yè)面臨殘酷的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)，而且還要適應(yīng)不斷發(fā)展變化的市場(chǎng)需求，且零件制造生產(chǎn)管理復(fù)雜，如何更好地保零件挖生產(chǎn)的質(zhì)量，提業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力是人們研究的難點(diǎn)和熱點(diǎn)。
首先，針對(duì)零件制造車間生產(chǎn)模式下的企業(yè)車間質(zhì)量信息的自動(dòng)化程度低的現(xiàn)狀，本文提出基于面向執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)的質(zhì)量數(shù)字化管理技術(shù)的研究。構(gòu)建了面向零件制造車間的制造執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)，提出了相應(yīng)的管理模塊。
其次，在MES的基礎(chǔ)上我們建立了零件質(zhì)量信息采集，零件質(zhì)量追溯分析和質(zhì)量在線管理三個(gè)模塊。對(duì)應(yīng)輸入、分析和輸出三個(gè)過程，對(duì)零件制造的全過程進(jìn)行管理，達(dá)到零件的自動(dòng)化管理。
最后我們編寫一個(gè)可視化的簡(jiǎn)單程序出來，實(shí)現(xiàn)查詢，刪除和添加等基本功能。

Abstract
The quality of products is all the characteristics,which the product canmeet the requirements and the potential need for people.and it is also the one of decisive factors that enterprises can survive and win successin the growing market competition .under the environment of economic development, Technological progress and the diversification of requirements for market,not only Chinese machinery manufacturing enterprises are facing brutal competition in the market, but also they have to adapt to the changing demand for market, besides,the management of spare parts production is so complex, how to ensure the quality of spare parts and promote the core competitiveness of these enterprises is the key point and the difficult point.
First,as for the suitation that the degree of automation and informatization of workshop quality for these Shops of spare parts manufacturing enterprises are low , this paper shows the research on the digitizing quality management of basing on Manufacturing Execution System and establishes the Manufacturing Execution System of facing spare parts manufacturing workshop and the corresponding management module.
Second,on the basis of the MES ,we establish the three module : the information collection of spare parts quality,the tracing and analysis of spare parts quality and quality management for online. Corresponding the three processes ：input 、analysis and output,in order to manage the whole process of spare parts manufacture, so as to implement the automated management.
Finally, we work out a visualization of the simple procedure, which achieves these basic functions for enquirying, deleting and adding.
