摘要

中國(guó)是世界上最大的煙草生產(chǎn)和消費(fèi)大國(guó)，煙草工業(yè)在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)中占據(jù)著舉足輕重的地位。煙草企業(yè)建立現(xiàn)代企業(yè)模式，對(duì)卷煙銷售體系的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行高效統(tǒng)一的管理，突破固有的傳統(tǒng)營(yíng)銷模式，進(jìn)行營(yíng)銷管理的創(chuàng)新和探索，是企業(yè)降低成本、捕捉市場(chǎng)、提高核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要手段和方式，是我國(guó)加入WTO后煙草企業(yè)應(yīng)對(duì)國(guó)外煙草巨頭挑戰(zhàn)的重大策略和舉措。某市市作為一個(gè)新興的直轄市，大城市帶大農(nóng)村的市場(chǎng)格局，使得建立一種新型營(yíng)銷網(wǎng)絡(luò)銷售模式顯得尤為重要和急迫。
論文參閱大量卷煙配送知識(shí)和實(shí)地調(diào)查為基礎(chǔ)，參考了大量物流配送、供應(yīng)鏈管理等相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料，借鑒成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)，理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際，針對(duì)某市市現(xiàn)在卷煙網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問(wèn)題，深度挖潛，運(yùn)用物流配送等相關(guān)理論，提出通過(guò)資源的重新分配和整合，進(jìn)行配送的重新規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)，發(fā)展卷煙物流，完善配送體系。
論文通過(guò)對(duì)現(xiàn)有某市配送路徑進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的研究，結(jié)合系統(tǒng)工程、運(yùn)籌學(xué)等相關(guān)的知識(shí)，進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的評(píng)估和改善，并結(jié)合實(shí)際對(duì)改善前后進(jìn)行了比較。希望通過(guò)改善后的配送線路能夠達(dá)到預(yù)期目的以提高配送效率、降低配送成本，從而推動(dòng)整個(gè)某市市煙草行業(yè)的健康發(fā)展。
論文主要內(nèi)容具體分為四個(gè)部分:緒論部分論述了論文的研究背景、國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀，論述了我市煙草行業(yè)加入WTO后面臨的挑戰(zhàn)以及在煙草行業(yè)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化改善的重要性；第二部分是基礎(chǔ)理論部分，通過(guò)對(duì)現(xiàn)代物流配送理論的探求，將其作為某市卷煙物流改善的理論指導(dǎo)；第三、四部分是本文的重點(diǎn)，第三部分對(duì)某市市現(xiàn)有卷煙現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行介紹。第四部分緊接第三部分，對(duì)現(xiàn)有我市卷煙配送現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)，并提出對(duì)某市市煙草配送路徑規(guī)劃的改善和方案；在最后是結(jié)論和建議部分，通過(guò)對(duì)前面的總結(jié)性回顧，提出某市市煙草物流配送的改善結(jié)論和建議。

Abstract

China is the largest tobacco manufacturing and consumptive market around the globe, and the tobacco industry hold its very vital position in national economy. The notion of establishment of model tobacco corporations includes the effective management in each tache of cigarettes sales, breaking the traditional sales mode and engaging in the innovation of sale management. The innovation concept should be considered as the important ways to lower the cost, expand the market and enhance the competition by the tobacco corporations and it is also vital for the democratic tobacco industry to confront the challenge of foreign tobacco corporations after China entered WTO. When coming Chongqing which is a new municipality with the specific market pattern consisting of huge city consuming population and huge countryside one, the establishment of modern sales network is in emergency.
In this paper, the author sees a lot of knowledge and cigarette distribution is based on field surveys, a large number of reference materials distribution, supply chain management, and other relevant literature, from the successful experience of linking theory with practice, for Chongqing Municipality now cigarettes network construction and the status of the existing problems, Deep tap the potential, the use of logistics and distribution, and other relevant theory, put forward by the re-allocation of resources and integration, distribution of the re-planning the design, development cigarette logistics, improve the distribution system.
The author of Chongqing through the existing distribution path to a systematic study on the combination of systems engineering, operations research and other related knowledge, a system of assessment and improvement, combined with actual before and after the improvements were compared. Hope that by improving the distribution lines to achieve the desired objectives to improve distribution efficiency and reduce distribution costs, thereby promoting the entire city of Chongqing for the healthy development of the tobacco industry.

logistics to improve the theoretical guidance of the third and fourth part of this paper is the focus of the third part of Chongqing Municipality on the existing status of cigarettes. Part IV immediately after the third part of the existing city to eva luate the status quo distribution of cigarettes and tobacco by the Chongqing Municipality to improve the distribution path planning and programmes; is in the final conclusions and recommendations, through the front of the wrap-up review, Chongqing Municipality to improve logistics and distribution of tobacco conclusions and recommendations.
