論文在回顧了夾具的概念、發(fā)展、組成以及國(guó)內(nèi)外應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀后,詳細(xì)介紹了夾具的總體設(shè)計(jì)和各組成部分的設(shè)計(jì),并著重闡述了設(shè)計(jì)研究過(guò)程中的各項(xiàng)所需的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)在對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外眾多夾具設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行仔細(xì)的分析研究之后,本課題確定以專(zhuān)用夾具為對(duì)象,以銑床夾具為主要開(kāi)發(fā)內(nèi)容,設(shè)計(jì)一種適合國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)現(xiàn)狀的具有先進(jìn)性和實(shí)用性的銑床夾具。
本文首先介紹了夾具的研究背景和發(fā)展趨勢(shì)、課題的作用和意義、夾具的組成以及銑床夾具的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),通過(guò)對(duì)參考文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)詳細(xì)的分析,闡述了定位方案的選擇、夾緊方案的確定、對(duì)刀方案的選擇、夾具體與定位鍵、夾具總圖上的尺寸、公差和技術(shù)要求以及加工精度分析。
運(yùn)用了大量的軟件對(duì)夾具進(jìn)行輔助設(shè)計(jì),基于Autocad強(qiáng)大的二維繪圖能力,對(duì)夾具進(jìn)行完整的三視圖繪制,著名的3D CAD/CAM系統(tǒng)Pro/E由于具有參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)特性,在全世界范圍內(nèi)受到廣泛應(yīng)用。在Pro/E環(huán)境下對(duì)所設(shè)計(jì)的銑床夾具進(jìn)行了三維仿真的實(shí)體造型和虛擬裝配

Abstract
Computer-aided design fixture (CAFD) CIMS integration as an important part of traditional fixture designed to overcome the long cycle design, design problems and low efficiency, reducing the design strength of the labor and improve the quality of the fixture design, which can be large Reduce the rate of product development cycle, improve their market competitiveness.
After reviewing the papers fixture of the concept, development, composition and application status at home and abroad, the details of the fixture and the overall design of the components of the design, and focused on the design of the course of the study of all the necessary key technologies In many fixture at home and abroad to design systems after careful analysis of this issue dedicated to identify targets for the fixture to fixture as the main development milling machine, a design suitable for the status of domestic enterprises with an advanced nature and relevance of the milling machine fixture.
